I have loved living at Overture 55 since the day I moved in and I have been here six years. I participate in most everything offered. We are like family.
The apartments here are very nice. Location is very close to shopping and restaurants. The amenities are great. Neighbors are a lot of fun. The Staff is excellent.
Beautiful facility that is maintained very well. Very clean. Staff is friendly, helpful and compassionate. The area has great shopping, restaurants, and the convince of several grocery stores, medical care, and a hospital about a mile away.
Love living here fun new friends and old. The staff is very friendly, when you need service. You don’t have to wait. Lots of activity to do, and you can add new activities as well. All in all great place to live.
Residents are very helpful when needing an answer to a question. Everyone seems happy to be in a safe clean place with a staff that works with us to solve issues.

It is a quiet community and very safe. The residents and management staff could not be nicer. I love it here. I truly appreciate my parking being on same level as my home and the functionality of the package delivery.
Overture continues to be a great experience for us. The apartments are great. The community is active and friendly. The administrative and maintenance staff are excellent.
Couldn’t find a better place to live! Convenience to everything! Basically walkable to all your needs and wants. Very clean and well maintained building. Parking on your floor is a great benefit. Very safe and secure property. Plenty of activities if you want. Pool, hot tub, sauna, great workout room. What’s not to like? All good!
My experience here at Overture have been great. The activity keeps you busy. Great staff . I have great neighbors. I like the building is quiet. Over all my experience here is life changing.

Love living here at Overture, people are nice, great management staff. Lots of things to do here. Since being here I started a travel reading room. We get a chance to read a book watch a movie then travel where the book or movie was made. I love how the Management staff listen to all of our ideas and let us run with it. This was a great decision to live here at Overture.
I feel so blessed to have found this place, there are so many things to do and so many wonderful residents.Go an issue just reach out and the maintenance staff is there to fix it.
I love living here. Kristen,Jo, Crista have been so friendly during our stay here. If we’d have any issues they were quick to fix them. It’s been so nice being a part of this community. Our Maintenance Team is just as amazing as our front of the house Team Chet and Kyle are always up to the task.
The amenities are great and there are a lot of activities for people. Our neighbors are fantastic and very friendly. The management staff and maintenance staff are excellent.

Very well maintained. Nice pool area. Good gym, but they should put in a physical therapy table so people can stretch without having to lay on the ground. Us older people cannot lay lay on the ground, thus we cannot stretch out properly.

I really like living here I have nice neighbors secure place to live peace and
covience private Garge clean and always keep us busy and learning have so many activities as I said keep us busy
We are very happy living in our senior apartment at Overture. The staff si really a great group of people and they provide us with any and all the help we need. the events coordinator is a remarkable person and we appreciate all the help she provides and the various events she schedules.. We are very happy to have moved to this facility

I continue to enjoy living here & participating in many activities. Most residents are very nice & friendly. The three women who run our building are extraordinary & do a wonderful job.
If I had to name one thing I worry about it is the high cost of rent & if my budget will be able to continue to pay it.
Overture 55 is a wonderful place to live.....many many opportunities to work on your cognitive abilities, so important as we age.

The decision to rent an apartment at Overture 55 was one of my best. It provides a wonderful home with many amenities, including great social opportunities, exercise opportunities & fun events. The administration staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. It’s great!

My apartment home is just that a home with out any Maintenance. I don't have to worry about any major problems if something do go wrong all I have to do is make a call and soon after everything is back on track.

Since being here, got to know a lot of the residents. Everyone is friendly. I like the activity. Love bingo. When I need something fixed in my apartment the maintenance team is fast getting it taken care of. The building is always clean. Over all I am happy here I love the neighborhood most of all the mall next door. The office staff go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of when you need them for anything. ?

Moving here was the best decision I could have made, love the sense of community and family . From the day I moved in people have been kind and helpful. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue the response has been quick

Easy process to move in Jo was very accommodating and made the move very simple any request we made were done without any hesitation. Explained every to us and made us feel very comfortable with making the choice to move in with ease
This is home. The best thing I can say. A roof over head, a place to make our meals and seven floors of friends.
We are here for four and an half years now. We are over the growing pains and settled into a place of comfort and joy.

I have lived at Overture Yorktown for almost four years. I have never been happier.
It is the absolutely the best place to live!!!

I had to put in a work order in for my washing machine The problem was fix in an hour. Maintenance department is fast getting your problem fix. Love it.
I lived here when you first opened with my husband. He passed away I moved in with my son 3 years ago I decided to move on so I came back here because I was pleased with my experience previously.
There are a lot of activities and the staff is excellent. The people in the building are a lot of fun and very active. The location is close to everything we need.
We have enjoyed our living experience having met new friends and the staff has been wonderful. The activates and fitness classes have been great and the instructor has been great
I love living here! Lots of friends, fun and laughs! Everything is kept in great condition and my family and grandkids live to visit! Our lifestyle director rocks!
This community is safe and people friendly. Location is very close to shopping options, restaurants, banks, and many choices of other shopping needs. Lombard is a wonderful option when seeking a residence.
My wife and I have totally enjoyed our time here. The activities are amazing. You can get exercise in daily, enjoy seated volleyball and join k in n on all social events. Our staff here are also very understanding and are always there to help you. I do wish rent was a bit cheaper to better suit a retirement budget. One can hope. This place is also very safe which is important for this community. I’d rate Overture at Yorktown a 10 rating Top of the chart.

Our building is very welcoming both by the decor and the people and staff that are in the building. As new residents, we were invited by strangers to attend various events and were introduced to many people. Friendly place to live.
The Overture is a wonderful place to live. Activities year round, apartments that are clean and modern, staff that are second to none. Can't find a thing to complain about.

We have been welcomed to the community by everyone we have met. They have been kind, helpful and encouraging. We have enjoyed participating in as many activities as possible.
I just recently moved in and my experiences here have truly been amazing. The staff has been extremely helpful. The residents i have met so far have been friendly, outgoing and make you feel a part of something wonderful. I love the activities that they plan.
Great place to live. Very nice people. The staff is fantastic. The recreational areas well kept and there is something going on all the time. The location is perfect.
This “community rewards.me” has never been explained at Overture in a formal setting. I have no idea how to retrieve any points I might earn.
I do love Overture. The residents are very cordial.

A very peaceful place to live near/walkable to mall, Target, AMC, sit down at the terrace and take the sun and brezze and the all friendly staff are awesome.
Great experience. The people are fantastic. There are a lot of activities. The health club facilities are excellent.
Convenient to many stores and restaurants.
i truly appreciate how responsible are warm the residents are. I am not one to participate in all of the terrific events they have available but i still feel like one of the community.
Truly feels like we live in a hotel. Well maintained and clean. Absolutely wonderful residents! Neighborhood is ok, traffic is growing, but plenty near by. I'm at Target almost every day.

The community here at Overture Yorktown is wonderful. Everyone is friendly and accepting. The atmosphere is congenial and fun. Each day I can choose to participate in the many activities or not, no pressure. The building is beautiful, and my apartment is very comfortable. It really is the perfect place for me.
We have lived here about 1 1/2 years and have enjoyed the facilities and the new friends we have made. the staff has been outstanding and has provided a lifestyle that we have enjoyed. The maintenance crew has bee very response to our needs
Loving it here is all I can say!
Outstanding staff along with great residents. This place has so many activities, whether they’re run by Overture or the residents it’s fun. We recently had a Jimmy Buffet Parrothead pool party. It did rain but still had a great time inside. Great burgers. Our staff, Kristen, Crista and Jo did an outstanding job.
There is an atmosphere of friendship that is felt throughout the building. Overture is a wonderful place to establish roots whether it is temporary or long term.
Love this place, neighbors are very friendly, great atmosphere and great activities.
Kristen, Crista, Jo have been a great Team to work with. Chet and JD fell right after not place here.
My only downside is rent continues to go up and not level out. Hopefully they’ll be some type of incentive for re- signing a lease
Living here is great! As soon as there is shade near the pool it will be perfect!!!! If you love coffee talk, games, outdoor entertainment this is your spot!

Everything is so convenient. Clean and inviting. I have made so many new friends since I came here over two years go. The only thing I have miss giving about is the rent increase every year.

I absolutely love the community that has developed here. Iy is thriving. Only negative is the increasing practice of scheduling then cancelling activities.
Great place,, but too many arbitrary rules. Most residents are nice, but some less-than-nice people who have nothing better to do than look for rule violations.
I have not move in but will be moving soon.
But my experience so far has been wonderful, and I can't wait for the full-on site experience. The staff has been grate making feel at home before the move making this process so much easier.
Generally speaking, I like living here. People and staff are friendly and welcoming. I do think we should have a receptionist on hand in the lobby at all times during business hours, which we do not have at the present time.
My review is overall excellent but I do have one concern is the rent rate increase every year. Most of the tenants are on a fix income and don't get a cost of living increase to cover the rent in crease. I think the increase should be every two years
I enjoy living here and participating in many activities. I have been disappointed that several activities have been canceled lately for various reasons.
Met my expectation. Seems to be multiple changes in front office. Good location and convenient. Fairly quiet building and close to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Do not like location of bus stop - people hang out and funny smells in building after raining - rooftop is great.
I use to rate 5 star until you guy hire Holly Nagel. Event coordinator. Not a good fit for this community. The worst I’ll seen yet. She is boring she want the community to do the work for her. When I say community I mean the residents. She is not a good person to work with. Lie instantly. If this is the person you want working for you my time may be short here. You know what they say one bad apple can spoil it all. Need I say more.
I love my apartment and my community. Kristen, the manager is very engaging. She how’s interest in our concerns related to living within a community. The lifestyle coordinator needs to learn how to engage and interact with others.
The community is changing and not for the better. This was a very active community but not so much in the last couple of months. We have a new staff memberd this person don't seem to me want to work with the community.
I love my apartment and the cleanliness of the building as well how efficient maintenance keep the building. I am disappointed in the quality of the social events, particularly Mix and Mingle.
Having the best time of my Life I have enjoyed all the Activity that we are doing I would like to see more I Pray that things would get better and not worst
