Couldn’t find a better place to live! Convenience to everything! Basically walkable to all your needs and wants. Very clean and well maintained building. Parking on your floor is a great benefit. Very safe and secure property. Plenty of activities if you want. Pool, hot tub, sauna, great workout room. What’s not to like? All good!

Love living here at Overture, people are nice, great management staff. Lots of things to do here. Since being here I started a travel reading room. We get a chance to read a book watch a movie then travel where the book or movie was made. I love how the Management staff listen to all of our ideas and let us run with it. This was a great decision to live here at Overture.

Nice staff Very well maintained. Nice pool area. Good gym, but they should put in a physical therapy table so people can stretch without having to lay on the ground. Us older people cannot lay lay on the ground, thus we cannot stretch out properly.

I continue to enjoy living here & participating in many activities. Most residents are very nice & friendly. The three women who run our building are extraordinary & do a wonderful job. If I had to name one thing I worry about it is the high cost of rent & if my budget will be able to continue to pay it.

My apartment home is just that a home with out any Maintenance. I don't have to worry about any major problems if something do go wrong all I have to do is make a call and soon after everything is back on track. I couldn't have found a better place to live.

Since being here, got to know a lot of the residents. Everyone is friendly. I like the activity. Love bingo. When I need something fixed in my apartment the maintenance team is fast getting it taken care of. The building is always clean. Over all I am happy here I love the neighborhood most of all the mall next door. The office staff go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of when you need them for anything. ?

My wife and I have totally enjoyed our time here. The activities are amazing. You can get exercise in daily, enjoy seated volleyball and join k in n on all social events. Our staff here are also very understanding and are always there to help you. I do wish rent was a bit cheaper to better suit a retirement budget. One can hope. This place is also very safe which is important for this community. I’d rate Overture at Yorktown a 10 rating Top of the chart.

Loving it here is all I can say! Outstanding staff along with great residents. This place has so many activities, whether they’re run by Overture or the residents it’s fun. We recently had a Jimmy Buffet Parrothead pool party. It did rain but still had a great time inside. Great burgers. Our staff, Kristen, Crista and Jo did an outstanding job.

My review is overall excellent but I do have one concern is the rent rate increase every year. Most of the tenants are on a fix income and don't get a cost of living increase to cover the rent in crease. I think the increase should be every two years

Met my expectation. Seems to be multiple changes in front office. Good location and convenient. Fairly quiet building and close to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Do not like location of bus stop - people hang out and funny smells in building after raining - rooftop is great.
