I love living here, I been here for 7 years & it feels like home! My apartment is nice, I’ve added touches to feel more like what I like. It’s so close to stores & restaurants. 5 minutes to the strip, but I enjoy Fremont Street better. Kaheka (K) & Diego (maintenance) are great. Francine, Community Manager, Karen & Veniesha (V) the office staff is friendly & personable. Wendy the events coordinator is wonderful. We have the bus shuttle to take us shopping & to shows, etc. I’m here to stay.

We have made many new friends since our move in 4 months ago! For Thanksgiving, our neighbors on our floor got together for a "Friends Giving" meal. It was a chance to get the neighbors who don't usually get out to meet the rest of us! It was a success!

I like my apartment community because behind the gates it is very quiet and my neighbors that live in my building are friendly. The apartment community is very clean and well kept and maintained. The staff here at Destination Spring Valley are always welcoming and available.

It was a good experience all the way around. Vee and Karen couldn’t have been more helpful. Very courteous and knowledgeable. When my application was approved it was like they were welcoming me home. That was very helpful … moving isn’t easy for an elderly person. Feeling accepted was very nice.

Great location. Great staff. Lifestyle Coordinator does a wonderful job scheduling activities in the clubhouse, meals at local establishments, and a variety of activities for active seniors on and off site. The maintenance team is on the ball quickly responding to service requests and i most cases resolving the issues on the first visit. I highly recommend Destinations Spring Valley as your next home.

I’ve been living here for 7 years & have come to love it more each year. Most of my neighbors are great. So much to do & see. Wendy our events coordinator is the best. Francine our manager is so friendly. Karen is the nicest. Will continue to renew my lease. We’re in the middle of restaurants , shopping & close to all the off strip casinos. 10 minutes to the strip & less then 20 minutes to Fremont.

Ideal community location. Office staff friendly and professional. Grounds are kept clean. I actually feel for the groundskeeper when he sweeps/cleans up the fallen leaves only to have the winds that evening wipe out all that he's done. Love that they have garages to rent since I needed more space. My floorplan is great to work with and love that management is willing to work with residents if they want to use their own appliances. And, I can't say enough about our lifestyle coordinator listing great events in the clubhouse and bus events on the monthly calendar. Recommend this place to anyone looking to move to Vegas.

I enjoy living in my apartment community. However, some of the resident don’t understand what the word Reserve means. I have come home several times and someone else is in my paid covered parking spot. I don’t know if they can’t see the sign/sticker above or they just don’t care. I hate bothering Francine in the office about this each time it happens But I wish the signs could be large enough for the resident to see them. I Enjoy living here at Destination Spring Valley the reserve parking is the only pet peeve that I have.

Still in the process of moving into my beautiful apartment. Once some repairs are completed, I will finish the move, enjoy my new appliances and look forward to take part in some of the many interesting activities and field trips. The residents I met, are all very friendly and made me feel welcomed.

All the ladies in the office are very professional and have above average customer service 6 stars all the way. I love my new community.

I am still glad that I made the right choice by staying here at Destination Spring Valley. I love my apartment community and my neighbors. In the month of March I had placed two maintenance request that I put in and as always they both were taken care of within 24 hours. The entire staff here at Destination Spring Valley works together to get things taken care of to ensure that everyone is safe and well protected.

I find living here a pleasant experience. I don't have to worry about maintenance issues because the on-site crew are competent and courteous. The same team has been here for years which is important to me because the longer the same staff works on the site, the better they get to know the mechanics of the building systems. The office staff is also very professional. They react to issues promptly and fairly. They always seem to have a smile whenever I visit the office. The clubhouse is very modern and welcoming. The grounds are well maintained and neat looking. I highly recommend living here.

Let me first say I'm a California girl born and raised and have never left until last year I started my new journey in spring valley community. I'm very surprised how peaceful it is because I know that homeless problem that's going on in the nation is a problem but no problem have happened here. There's a lot of activity and a cool office staff. Mostly very nice people live here.So very happy here .

Refreshing!! To me my experience here in a short period has been beyond expectation. People are friendly, the grounds are kept the complex is situated near everything you need or want. Plus the activities are constant and wide ranging. Staff is attentive and kind. I feel at home.!

The reserved parking spaces are very well respected by everyone. Maintenance are knowledgeable. Community bus is very convenient for us. The grounds are clean, attractive. Palm trees are beautified. Our garden looks smashing.

Our Staff here at Destinations are the BEST! They all go way beyond their duties. I think they do WAY too much and have more patience than most people. Wendy does a great job with the activities and tries hard to please everyone ( which is very difficult) she really has great talent and also LOTS of patience. Maintenance is always there to do the job. Thanks guys. Our property is pretty nice, the trees are beautiful and our roses are starting to recover from the hot weather. It's still pretty quiet. Most tenants stay, but the rent is getting high and Seniors can't afford it so unfortunately they leave. Hopefully something will change and we all can live comfortably without worrying about the economy and outrageous prices.

The staff is phenomenal and I wouldn't change a thing there. I am disappointed at the aging appliances. I've only been here for 7 weeks and have had to have maintenance here for different issues several times with more to come. That is the only problem however, and I would still recommend this property to friends and family.

Great job by Staff and Maintenance. Very quiet here and peaceful. People are very nice. Lots of trees and property is kept pretty nice. Compared to other properties in the area this one is very well maintained.

Pretty satisfied with the property. Francine,Janet,Karen and our wonderful Activities coordinator are superb! They try to make everyone feel comfortable and do the little extras. Maintenance is good. They do their best. The cleanliness of the property needs to improve but that’s not management’s fault. Tenants don’t help. It’s pretty quiet outside of people who talk loudly and are on their phones. Property is beautiful but they cut the trees down at the wrong time. The trees used provided shade but now since they chopped them the HOT sun is directly on patio. All in all the property is ok, but has really changed in the last couple years.

We have a very nice property at Destinations. What makes it nice and comfortable are the trees, especially now when the wind blows. Seems as if they are telling their stories. The management team are awesome! They always go the extra mile to help the majority of people who are struggling with their health issues. Wendy, who plans the activities and dinners is so talented and does an excellent job. Our maintenance team is working super hard as well. How they get everything done is amazing!!!!! It's pretty quiet, of course nothing is perfect. We, like most properties have dogs who bark constantly, but I guess they might have a lot to say. Like children, they need training. lol All in all it's okay, the rent is pretty high for the square footage. I don't think all Seniors are wealthy. The team really makes an effort to keep the property clean which is a challenge when some tenants don't have a clue where the trash cans are located. Thanks team!

Nice and quiet here. Everyone is friendly. Having no pool and grill since May really sucks. I moved here because it fit my 2 main requirements, that it was gated and had a pool. The first year the pool was great. The 2nd year really stunk. My quality of life took a nosedive because of the 1 thing that was closed. A pool in the desert is a necessity. Yet I walk by it everyday and it seems like nothing is done to it. I'm sure by now there has to be a plan. Maybe keeping tenants updated would help. The grounds are ok, you can see where plants/shrubs/trees have been removed and never replaced. Where I live, it is mostly small shrubs now tons of rocks. Nothing pretty. Oh well. I was hoping to stay another lease-year, but cannot go another summer without a pool!!!!

The place needs a remodeling.The landscaping is however wonderful y manage .Im surprised by homeless people coming out more and more is this computiy t still like living here because nothing has happened worth calling metro about.

My favorite that I really love about this place is the spa and pool and grill area which has been closed for a very very long time ? I really miss it grilling on the weekends.i hope we will be able to enjoy it again soon ??Last year the Xmas lights and decorations were out there so bright and full of holiday spirit please bring that joy back soon ??

Complex is quiet, neighbors are friendly, pool has been out of service for almost 2 months and clubhouse has limited access. I moved here and resigned lease because I really like the pool area and planned on spending time there, like last year, but it’s one excuse after another on why it’s not open.
