Assisted Living: Assisted living may be the right choice for those who need a higher level of support. Stacey Fernandez

Sr. Community Manager

Stacey joined Overture River District in July of 2024 and has been making a positive impact ever since. Originally from Southern California, she made the big move to Texas with her entire family — all 17 of them — in January 2022!

With over 25 years of experience in property management, Stacey started her career in 1998 as a Sales Associate and worked her way into leadership through hard work and dedication.

She’s been married to her husband, Oscar, for 23 years and is a proud mom to three wonderful kids: Noelle (20), Ava (18), and Ricky (14).

We’re so lucky to have Stacey leading our community with heart and experience!

Heidy Gamez

Assistant Community Manager

Heidy Gamez is the Assistant Community Manager at Overture River District and brings over eight years of experience with the Overture Active Adult platform. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Social Work, and her passion for serving others naturally led her to a career dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for older adults.

Heidy began her journey with Overture as a Concierge and has since grown through several roles, including Move-In Coordinator, Leasing, and Lifestyle. Through each position, she discovered a passion for building meaningful relationships with residents and helping create communities where people feel welcomed, connected, and valued. That passion ultimately inspired her to pursue her role as Assistant Community Manager.

Known for her warm personality and genuine care for others, Heidy enjoys getting to know residents, listening to their stories, and finding ways to make everyday life at Overture even more enjoyable. She believes the best communities are built on kindness, connection, and outstanding service.

Outside of work, Heidy has been married to her husband, Alexis, since 2019, and together they have two young children. She is proud to be part of the Overture River District team and looks forward to continuing to serve and build lasting relationships within the community.

Lisa Compton

Sales Consultant

Lisa joined our community in November 2024 and has truly loved getting to know our residents while embracing the 55+ active adult lifestyle—both as a team member and a resident herself!

With 6 years of property management experience from Seattle, she brings warmth, knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping others feel right at home.

Fun fact: Lisa has been married for 33 years, is a proud mom of four sons, and moved to Texas 3 years ago with her husband, their two youngest boys, and their sweet 12-year-old black lab.

Sierra Alexander

Sales Consultant

Sierra is a Sales Consultant originally from Atlanta, Georgia, who relocated to Texas a year ago and has loved building connections within her new community. At 24 years old, she brings a vibrant, bubbly personality and a passion for helping people find a place they are proud to call home.

Known for her positive attitude and approachable nature, Sierra is committed to creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every prospective resident. Her dedication to exceptional customer service, paired with her enthusiasm for meeting new people, allows her to guide residents through the leasing process with confidence, care, and a smile.

Marci Burns

Lifestyle Coordinator

With a passion for creating engaging experiences and bringing people together, I serve as a Lifestyle Coordinator for a vibrant 55+ community. My background includes planning and coordinating events for homeowner's associations, where I developed a love for building connections and creating memorable programs for residents.

When I'm not organizing activities and special events, I enjoy spending quality time with my three grown children and eight wonderful grandchildren. I also love traveling and making lasting memories with family. I believe that an active, connected community enriches lives, and I'm dedicated to creating opportunities for residents to have fun, build friendships, and enjoy every day to the fullest.

Jorge Arechiga

Maintenance Supervisor

Jorge joined Overture River District in August and has already made a big impact with his leadership and dedication. Originally from Riverside, California, Jorge brings over 10 years of experience in property management. He started his career as a porter and worked his way up to Maintenance Supervisor through hard work and determination.

Earlier this year, Jorge moved to Texas and married his lovely wife, Scarlett. Together they have two wonderful boys: Josiah (5) and Elias (4). In his free time, Jorge enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on his favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys.

Rodrigo Rodriguez

Maintenance Team

Rodrigo Rodriguez has been in the maintenance industry for over 5 years and brings a strong work ethic and friendly spirit to our community. Originally from Brownsville, TX, Rodrigo attended Texas Southmost College and is now proud to call Fort Worth home.

At 29 years old, he’s a dedicated dad to two beautiful boys, Elijah and Eziel. When he’s not keeping our community running smoothly, Rodrigo loves spending quality time with his family, cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, and enjoying some delicious Italian food.

His go-to fuel during busy days? A cold can of Celsius! Rodrigo says his favorite part of the job is interacting with residents and helping however he can.
