Meet our community Manager, Marilynn! Marilynn has been a part of the Greystar family for over 10 years and within that timeframe, has found a deep sense of purpose within the multifamily industry. With a genuine passion for creating welcoming, thriving, communities and relationships, Marilynn’s dedication to ensuring every resident feels at home is truly unmatched and always remains at her forefront. While leading with a servant’s heart and kindness, Marilynn finds joy in making a positive impact within our community and believes strong relationships are at the heart of every successful community.

In her spare time, Marilynn enjoys spending time with her husband and her fur-baby, Penny! She loves to travel, read, and absolutely loves music, movies and photography. Some of Marilynn’s favorites include The Beatles, Abba, and Elton John! Marilynn’s dedication to excellence and her passion for serving our community is inspired by the residents she serves and ones she truly takes to heart. She is humbled and grateful to be a part of your new chapter and sends you the warmest welcome to our Overture Domain Family! 

Suzy is the heart and energy behind life at Overture Domain. As our Lifestyle Coordinator, she brings warmth, creativity, and genuine care to everything she does, helping transform our 55+ active adult community into a place where residents truly feel at home. Originally from northeast Indiana, Suzy has proudly called Texas home since childhood.

With a strong background managing a high-volume grocery store, Suzy discovered her true calling when she transitioned into active adult living where her passion for people, connection, and community could truly shine. She has an extraordinary gift for building meaningful relationships and curating engaging experiences that bring residents together.

Known for her welcoming spirit, compassion, and infectious enthusiasm, Suzy takes the time to know each resident personally and thoughtfully designs social activities that enrich daily life. Her dedication to creating joy, fostering friendships, and keeping our community vibrant makes her an irreplaceable part of the Overture Domain family.

Fun fact about Suzy: she was born on her mother’s birthday - perhaps a sign she was destined to bring joy to others from day one.

Meet Molly, our Sales Consultant. With more than five years of experience as a Leasing Consultant, Molly is passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating a welcoming community for our residents. She is excited to be part of the Active Adult community where she can continue fostering connections and helping residents feel at home. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, running, cooking, baking, and sewing. She also loves spending time with her husband and their two-year-old son, often heading out on new adventures together. Molly can't wait to meet you!

Meet Frank, our dedicated Service Technician! Originally from Cuva and with five years of experience in the multifamily industry, Frank brings positive energy to everything he does. Known for his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, Frank takes pride in ensuring residents have a positive living experience. His attention to detail, reliability, and resident-focused approach make him a valued part of our team, always striving to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards throughout our community.  Outside of work, Frank enjoys expressing his creativity through drawing, listening to music especially his favorite band, Imagine Dragons, and crafting unique artisan pieces through his love of carpentry. He is also a devoted Harry Potter Fan and can recite every word of the movies.

Our exceptional Service Supervisor with Greystar. With 10 years of experience in the industry, Inaudis brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and dedication to our community. He ensures that our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment every day. Known for his attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to excellence, Inaudis is a trusted leader who goes above and beyond to support both residents and team members alike. His passion for service and his ability to create a welcoming, well-run community make him an invaluable part of our team.

Elisabeth Garcia is a valued member of our team who brings energy, positivity, and dedication to everything she does. She loves shopping, cooking, and spending quality time with her family, and she brings that same passion and care to her work every day. Elisabeth truly enjoys connecting with residents and colleagues alike, always arriving with a smile and a friendly attitude that brightens the community. Her commitment to creating a welcoming and supportive environment makes her an integral part of our team, and she takes pride in ensuring that every resident feels at home.
