Well we just finished with the the Holiday events around here, to bad you missed it.
Thanksgiving feast was delicious and we even got to go back for seconds! Next it was already Christmas and the festivities were merry and bright!

I've been here a little over a month now, really enjoying my new home. I've met many really nice and friendly neighbors. The office and maintenance staff have been so helpful and responsive when small issues arise.
This is a Beautiful property with extremely helpful staff and I feel very safe here. I've been here 1 year and I have made sweet friends and really enjoy all the activities they sponsor every day of the week.

Terrific place to live. The facility and management make this a great place to live. The grounds are well kept and the activities are grand. There is always something planned for us to participate in if we choose.

Living at Overture Riverwalk has been such a delight. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. The monthly events that take place at our complex helps us to get to know our neighbors and we have a good time enjoying the goodies at each event.

I am coming to you as a happy and content resident at Overture Riverwalk. I can’t begin to say what peace and serenity I have in my everyday life while living here.
I do enjoy my alone time but I do like the interaction I have with other residents and their fur babies ?.
One of my favorite activities is to walk around the complex and enjoy the beauty and quietness the complex has to offer.
I also enjoy giving others a smile :) and a helping hand to any resident that needs a little help!
Everyone that I have met has been very friendly and want to help me get involved. The staff has been great as well. The community grounds stay looking good. Maintenance guys Louie and I believe the other helper was Norbe, they attended to work orders submitted to the them from the front office after I turned in my inventory form from move-in in a very timely manner. Nice guys. They still have to return to paint the patio door outside as well as some of the stucco that was chipped away from the last tenant.
The complex is always clean and well-maintained. The management team is professional, helpful, and responsive. Kim, the Assistant Manager, is WONDERFUL. I’ve had a great experience living here. It’s friendly and comfortable.
We love living here because Danielle, the manager Kimberlee, the assistant manager, louie and Norbert they are very helpful friendly anything we need any questions we have they’re there to help us they all do a awesome job and I totally appreciate them very much.

I have been here for about 3 months. I find that everyone is very friendly. There are so many activities
that a person can attend which makes it so comfortable to be here. Still learning my way around
the city but so far so good. The staff are so helpful and willing to help with whatever is needed if it’s within their power they are there.,This place is 1000%
better then where I lived.
What a positive experience with management. The grounds are in excellent shape and very pretty. We just had our windows washed. There is new paint, carpets, and baseboards in the hallways of all four buildings. Such a positive group of people that live here. Not at all an apartment complex but a community of good people.

Going on 2 yrs living here. By far has the ultimate best neighbors! The staff is amazing. They go out of the way for you. They have great monthly and daily events. Rent is high but hoping for it to decrease upon renewal!

I have been looking for months to find a place to live and some how I stumbled upon Overture Riverwalk. I was very impressed with what I saw from the main entrance to the outdoor pool area and of course the apartment unit. This place has everything I wanted and needed. I love the feeling of peace and serenity and living a more simple life style! :)
I am very happy that we have Staff that actually listen to your concerns and work diligently to find a solution to any problems we have. The maintenance here is fantastic, you put in an order and if not the same day the next day it is taken care of.
I am very content with my residence at Overture Riverwalk.
The Staff including Managers and Maintenance are very pleasant, helpful and quick to respond. Several Fun Time activities for the tenants.
The grounds, garden areas & miniature golf course are beautiful and well kept.
Other residents are congenial and ease to mix.

Things are so good here. So much to do, beautiful grounds, good neighbors, and great management. Living here is a positive experience. My kids found this place and I thank them for it.

I’m in the process of selling my home and needed a place close to my doctor at Kaiser. Overture Riverwalk is perfect for me. Since I have been approved I’m excited and looking forward to moving in and also “ Motown Night” ???.

Recently misplaced my bunch of keys, A group helped me look around tracing where ever I’ve been. And in no time one resident found it among the bushes.

Beautiful and well maintained grounds. It's so lovely here at Overture. Flowering shrubs, beautiful trees. The community common areas are clean and can accommodate lots of residents. The other tenants, for the most part, are friendly. The community activities are fun and interesting. I love it here.
I love it here! Wonderful Staff here at Overture Riverwalk. I have made friends that are now family! Just renewed for my 9th year. The events are wonderful!

The community is great. All the neighbors are wonderful the staff in the office and maintenance crew great people. Have lived here for over a year now Only downfall here is they do not have On site security, Which for a senior Community, This would be a wonderful thing.
The grounds been quiet. Its nice to live here with quietness it provides, access to many amenities of the gym, pool, jacuzzi, game room, and more.
Need a little more younger activities for our olders. The times are difficult for some who do work during those hours.
The facility/company need to provide trips to San Diego, Palm Springs, etc to shopping centers, and/or weekend getaways.

Yes,it does rain in Southern California. The usual summer of sweltering ,scorching ,humid July and August is now a memory.
I have taken advantage of the pouring rain with a morning swim in the warmth of the pool. Among the company of
Wet ,shivering and dripping birds looking for a
perch and a place of comfort, a couple of well fed stray cats doing their feline downward dog behind the bushes.No spoiled puppies are taking their morning walk .today.

We are so excited about living here! Not only is this community beautiful, but it seems to be managed by such stellar staff, especially Emily & Kim. They are not only welcoming but highly efficient personnels. We came to see the property on Wed & had the lease ready to sign and closed the very next day. We've never had such quick & easy leasing processes until now, thanks to these two ladies. If this is any indication, then we know we'll surely enjoy living here for many years to come.
I’ve only been here two weeks, but all the residents and staff I’ve encountered have been very friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept very well and the amenities are awesome.
A wonderful place to live. Checks all the boxes for our needs and then some. Staff is approachable and accommodating. Having a guest suite available is so helpful for out of town family and friends visiting. Lived here 4 years and hope we can continue to do so for as long as possible.

Our Senior Apartment Community is all inclusive. Service, yearly maintenance, safety, entertainment, health & wellness, exercise, resources, events for all genders, most holidays etc.
The staff is supportive, engaging, caring, empathetic, available, kind, attentive.
The elevators are a premium amenity that allows access to three stories in each building. Great for moving in & out, furniture, groceries, mobility Challenged individuals (wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, canes etc.) Really enjoy living & thriving here. Thank You
I really enjoy living here. There are a lot of nice people here and I have some close friends who love me and care about me and encourage me and that means a lot. The staff is very nice too to answer your questions and help you out which is also very nice.
Overall, my time at Overture Riverwalk Community has been great. I'm very happy with my decision to move here and enjoy coming home every day.
The Best Parts: Responsive Management: The front office staff are wonderful. They are friendly, professional, and quick to communicate any community updates.
Maintenance Pros: The maintenance team is top-notch. Issues are usually resolved within 24 to 48 hours. They are courteous and always clean up after themselves.
Great Unit Features: I love the modern kitchen appliances and the fact that every unit has a decent-sized balcony. The layout of the bedrooms is intuitive and functional.

Recommend rent stabilization as Seniors are mostly on limited incomes. Recommend informing tenants prior of increaes such as trash fees bulky items etc. Instead of them just showing up on
Monthly statement and tenants not having a voice or option in the decision process.
I gave Overture Riverwalk 4 out of 5 STARS. I would appreciate lower rent. The maintenance staff are excellent, especially Norbert, the head maintenance man; the maintenance men are always prompt and thorough in their work. The office staff are friendly and welcoming, which makes interactions easy and pleasant. The grounds are well-maintained, adding to the overall appeal of the property. The surrounding neighborhood feels safe and convenient. Overall, it’s a good place to live.

Overture Riverwalk staff are friendly, available, helpful, engaging, innovative, caring. I have enjoyed my residency here especially all the activities which allow residents to mingle, get to know one another, help one another & support the staff & residents. The recent painting, carpeting, woodwork is especially appreciated as guests are impressed as well. I love the inclusiveness and look forward to contributing to a positive atmosphere. Thanks Overture
Parking is horrible. People are parked in the free spots for 2-3 moths and management has not made them move whereas it makes it difficult for working people around here to find a spot. Even there own workers who live onsight.
Best place by far I've ever lived at as far as staff and residents but it does have a couple downfalls the rent increases every year to the max which is very bad for seniors on fixed incomes and the security is horrible but I think they're working on that
I enjoy the community where it's quiet friendly neighbors I love the swimming pool I love the jacuzzi I love the weight room I enjoy walking around but we could use better parking system cheaper rent and some of the utilities paid

This is a 55 and over place to live. It's quiet, tranquil, no loud noises as in a regular community, retirees, single and family oriented place, affordable as long as you can manage all the utilities to be paid (Rent, Water, Gas, Trash, & Electricity).
-It would be nice if Water & Trash was paid for as this is an apartment community NOT homes or Condos.
Overall our experience has been very good so far. We have only been here for 4 days. Staff member Emily has been just wonderful. Louie from maintenance has been great.
Love the community activities such as New members Meet & Greets where we get to welcome new residents, learn about their journeys, families, interests, etc.
Taco Tuesdays, Carl's Jr. Truck every March delivering my favorite burgers. Mother's Day Tea (We got to wear our Derby fancy hats) & have a guest. Father's Day Barbecue 06-15-2024.

Overture 55+ Active Adult Community has excellent landscaping. The maintenance workers are very professional, hard-working, and they do a great job fixing items.

Very helpful staff! Have not moved in yet but reservation process was easy and smooth. Once I move in I can provide more feedback. Move in is scheduled for the middle of April.
The Overture 55+ Apartment complex is a good place to live. The maintenance staff are great. Many daily activities happen and there are also many different clubs offered to residents.
It is quiet and peaceful for the most part. The management company is very good and very attentive. My fellow residence are friendly and courteous. I would recommend this community to anyone of the proper age.

overall okay. Why are the entrance doors so loud when they close the wake you up late at night and early morning. The noise levels at night by some tennts is understandable due to ag but a ittle more consideration is needed
I like living here, but I have requested for the carpet in building 31 second floor to be cleaned, it is very nasty. This has not been done and I haven't been notified by no one in the office, this is not good business.
The units are very nice. The only real issues is the office not being open from 9- to closing. When there are 2 or more personal in the office, my suggestion is that they take staggering lunches so when residents has an issue they can receive help instead of waiting 1-2 hours before someone returns. The other issue is if they can install quite air conditioners.

Our rents were increased
but the budget for this facility was not increased. What makes you think you can have your cake and eat it too? You have a lot of great residents that deserve more.
Christmas party was awful , the first one in all the time I lived here and this was distasteful, unplanned, and like a kid party. The same with the New Year Eve party, very unorganized, the DJ Left because that’s what his contract stated the residents were lied to it showed on the calendar from 6 to 10! This manager isn’t right for senior
A quiet place to live. Parking is not welcoming due to people do not move there cars who are still active living & go places.
Prices for apartment living are reasonable aside the additional fees gas, water, trash, & electricity + every year rent go up 10%=$175 or more..
Your rise in rent has been raised too high for 55+ retired folks on fixed income. I will not be renewing my lease that expires on June 30th. Just because rents are going up everywhere does not mean you should raise the rent $232 a month. This is ridiculous and has gone up more than SS. You are taking advantage of elderly people who already have to put their health aside to keep a roof over their heads. Shame on you!
