Everyone is so friendly. And the staff and management are on top of issues. They continually bring us together for such fun things! I'm so glad I moved here!!!
We feel so at home already. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, staff, and residents alike. There are so many activities to keep us busy.
We have already enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Bingo this morning was a lot of fun.
The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained and we enjoy walking our dogs.

Overture Ridgmar is an excellent place to live. The other residents are friendly and watch out for each other. The staff takes care of us. I love the underground parking and the two community meals that we have most weeks.
A new piano was brought in to our big gathering room. On Saturday evenings, when no activities are taking place I have the opportunity to play for all the residents. Has stated how much they enjoy listening and Enjoying.
Great place to live. Great people, convenient to everything and lots of fun activities. The people here make you feel as if you have a big and loving family all around you. They are ready to help at any time you might need support!
We are very happy here and Love the people. Everyone is very helpful, and we help each other. We always have events and Get together twice a week.

At now over a hear and a half, We find our time at Overture very enjoyable! I know that in any life experience I can find both great satisfaction and dislikes. We experienced family illness which changed our course and found our Overture staff and resident friends most empathetic and supportive....thank you all! I have a picture drawn by Texas songwriter Ray Wylie Hubbard, it includes a saying that I look at often and strive to apply! It goes like this!

We Love living here. It’s a Great community and everyone is very nice and always helpful. We take care of each other in this community. There is always something to do. Very Friendly Atmosphere. ❤️

This place is great! Patty at the front desk has been fantastic with helping me with a bank problem. In fact all of the staff are great. I highly recommend Overture.
I haven’t moved in yet but have secured my apartment #115. Plan to move in August. I’m anxious! Everyone I have met is friendly & nice. The staff has been great.
Now been a year at Overture and very quick one. We continue to enjoy living here and though I remain terrible with names i like the caring spirit of the Overture family! Here's to another year.

We came from Ridgmar Place where it was a very bad experience. We are so happy that we found this place. The staff is exceptional, especially the maintenance guys. Living here is simply fantastic!
We really enjoy living at Overture Ridgmar. The staff and the other residents are very friendly. We really enjoy the amenities, especially underground parking. The maintenance staff are great. Love the many activities that are available.
We have been very pleased with our maintenance crew. They work hard to accommodate all our needs. Always courteous and greet you with smiles .

We moved here two years ago because our home had been sold. We leased a property in the area which we loved. However, this property also sold. We have renewed our lease since living here in 2022. The facilities are well managed and clean. I do feel that security is a top priority. This staff who were there on a daily basis are very friendly and welcoming. I have several friends who were considering moving into facility soon.
My needs have changed through life and at this stage I find contentment in the Overture Community. I feel I steer towards where I belong at the time!
I have time at Overture to spend time doing what I enjoy vs spend more time doing what Overtyre takes care of !

This is simply a fantastic place to live. I am so glad that our daughter found this beautiful place. GOD willing, we will be here a long time.
I am so blessed to be a member of the Overture Family. The Overture family was overwhelming present during my illness and surgery. You will never be alone at OVERTURE RIDGMAR!
I wish to thank all those who sent cards of prayers and good wishes . Thank you Cathy Meyers for your support in helping me get through the pain. Thank you Margaret George for the delicious pot of stew you made! The family was over the moon with the flavor! So many members stopped Loran in the Hall to inquire how I was doing and if there was anything they could do to help. Now! Can you think of a better place to call home ??

We love so many things about Overture Ridgmar-the wonderful residents, the size of the apartments, and the underground parking. We also love the location. We are close to most of the places we need to shop.
Since my last review i have had the privelidge of meeting many more of the friendly and caring family here at Overture. I came to understand just how fun this community really is. As we continue to care for family, we look forward to attending more events! (Really enjoyed the sock hop)
Also like the paint outside as well as new landscaping.

Friendly staff and residents made my choice to reside here a “No brainer” and as each day passes, I am reassured of the wisdom to live at Overture Ridgmar.
This is like the community of people you would desire to be your home. Friendly resident, caring and always willing to lean a hand. The staff is above excellent. They treat the facility as if it was their home.

I truly enjoy living here at Overton Ridgmar. The staff is always friendly, caring, and efficient at their tasks. I appreciate their presence and efforts. The complex looks great, and I appreciate their efforts at making improvements, both physical and operational. I must say I am disappointed in AT&T's efforts at the fiber installation. I was so excited to have the "note" on my door, they were coming on May 1 or 2. Still waiting...
Residents are very friendly and there for you when you need help. The Staff will always make sure that any problems are addressed and repaired if needed

Good place to live with great bunch of residents. Mike Hall is an exceptional maintenance person. Social and food programs need to be expanded.
Security and safety, all self locking safety doors in need of adjustment and repair and safety hinges. This should not take a huge amount of work or money to complete. We still would like to have two mirrors to have drivers and maintenance at two blind areas, are proud of are homes and the overture employees .
I have really lost confidence, and the warm atmosphere, and working together with staff. I feel like it has slightly diminished except for one young lady that’s working down here she’s got a heart of gold always willing to help in anyway she can, her name is.Caylie. I know there are a People that just renewed their yearly contract with Overture. And are scared to death that they are going to have to move next year. In fear they can’t make the payments that’s scary for anybody. But I understand a budget is a budget. Cost of living pay checks go up maybe 600.00 dollars a year, but the bills go up 1500.00 a year. I noticed the lawn care company shows up to trim and cut the grass even if the weeds and grass are not high enough to mow, what a waste of money and they show up the next day after a heavy rain and do more damage to the lawn what a waste of money. I just see a lot of waste for overture in $ ?. I’m just curious why it continues, oh well am just a nobody like everyone else.
Still no landscaping outside my unit. The social program is substantially less than before COVID. Then we had two sizeable breakfasts every week, a meal at every WED. mix and mingle as well as refreshments at the Friday mix and mingle.
Lack of security with homeless in the bldg has been unsettling as I live alone. Also nervous about rodent problem a neighbor was having almost all through Christmas.
Love the friendliness of the neighbors but have little trust that corporate cares.
Love my neighbors and staff but don’t think the corporation cares one way or the other about my stay here. And residents not treated with same fairness.
Very disappointed that the extensive landscaping did NOT include the building entry next to the pool. Sad. Will soon be FOUR years since the great freeze with NO improvement.

We allow up to (2) pets. Deposit is per pet. Copy of veterinarian current records and records of current vaccines. Copy of city license if required. Dogs must be at least one-year-old. Cats must be spayed or neutered. Animals not allowed in the common areas, pools, libraries, business center. Animals must be on a leash when walked on the community grounds. Animal defecation is allowed in designated areas and must be removed immediately by the resident. Pet food or water must not be left outside the apartment home.
