My experience at overture has been most positive from the day. I first came to look and sign up for my apartment, 505. Tara, the leasing agent has been very helpful to me. I am anxious to my future at overture
I attend a Fellowship Hour chaired by Otto de la Torre. We review Bible verses and listen to uplifting Christian songs. He encourages us to express our views on different scriptures Otto is a lovely man and epitomizes the portrait of a truly wonderful man. He is teaching the attendees beginners Spanish. Otto is truly a wonderful asset to the Overture community.
The building and grounds are beautifully kept. Management is friendly and always willing to help. Maintenance is so quick to respond to any problem you may have. There are so many varied amenities. Please keep up the good work.
I’ve made a lot of friends playing canasta, Bunco, needling and sitting by the pool. We are very friendly bunch here.
I can’t wait until I retire to do more activities and enjoy happy hour on Thursday night.
I have been here 3 years and as I sit on my sofa, looking out to the beautiful blue sky, green trees and my gorgeous geranium on my Patio, I say to myself….LIFE IS GOOD! And added to that are the many beautiful, fun friends I have made, the many great activities like pool volleyball, Bridge, Exercise, Movies, Library…..all part of the super Management crew here at Overture. They are like “family” and always there to address our needs and listen to us.
I take a lot of pictures and send to my friends back in PA. They ALL….want to come here!? I miss my sweet “Bob” but I am never alone as I can always share or listen to my beautiful friends here and thank God and my sweet daughters for finding my new home at Overture.
I participate in water aerobics taught by a wonderful volunteer, C.J., Corrine Johnson. She's inspirational and encourages us to exercise to the best of our ability. Lovely lady....a real wonderful contributor to the residents well being.
Went to cocktail hour and was welcomed by some lovely, friendly residents. Met some gals that share like interests. Looking forward to joining more activities.
Well we have lost a few friends on moves?, but when one leaves we get new ones coming in to lease make and staff gave us a very nice luncheon for going out of Sumer into fall it was fantastic. Mike, Tara and Nancy very nice people, and I love me apparetment

Just moved in. Everyone on staff has been very helpful. Encountered a few building maintenance problems which were quickly addressed. All the residents are super friendly.
I could see one of my neighbors fell in the parking lot and I wasn't dressed to go help. I called the office and they had two people out there within two minutes. It was so impressive!
When I had Covid a few weeks ago, the staff checked in on me and even brought me a birthday ice cream sundae because I couldn't attend the collective event. WOW!
I love the food trucks that come occasionally. I get to try new things. And I see that they are having live entertainment this week.
I feel like they really care here about the wellbeing of their residents! As a single person, I am so pleased with my decision to join a community and not just get a residence.
Everyone, staff and residents are so helpful and friendly. I have made wonderful friends and am as busy as I want to be with games, clubs and activities . The beautiful pool is delightful and the maintenance is responsive and lovely.
When one has to downsize from a large home with so…..many material memories that you have to leave behind except for those your children take, it still….is a difficult adjustment. But….with the help of my sweet daughters, they found Overture and the apartment chosen is so……perfect for me.
I have found space for many of my endearing favorites, photos and memories. Everyday, I thank God for my family, my sweet new friends and for an Overture Staff that is always so….outstanding!!! To me, they are an extension of family….always there for you. YES! Overture is the BEST!
Initially met Michael Bickes, the Mgr. He was very likeable and informative. Had a good feeling about the community from the start.
Impressed with all the different activities offered the residents.
Love my apartment and all the nice friends I have here. It’s my home until the end.
The staff are marvelous and very nice and wonderful people.. We have so much fund playing all the games , and our social hour is awesome.
I find all the staff here very helpful particularly Tara and Mike. The actives are fun and some very interesting. If I can’t live with deceased husband ( my soulmate) This place keeps me active and happy

Spent my first week here at the Overture Providence community. Very pleased with my choice. Staff has been excellent to work with. I've met several of my neighbors. I will take advantage of some of the social events soon.
Love living at Overture, it’s my home and the people are awesome. I’m involved is a lot of activities with great friends I have made since I moved here a year and half ago.
Cathy is a wonderful Lifestyle Coordinator, today she made us delicious French toast. She plans a lot of interesting activities and is a very kind person.
There are so……many things that are outstanding about living here at Overture. To begin, I love…..my apartment and the sunshine and warmth of its layout make me feel warm and comfortable.
The many ….friendships I have made here and the many fun activities provided by our terrific staff have me waking up each day with something to look forward to!!
Walking around this area is such a treat! We have Harris Teeter for groceries, Post Office, many Restsurants, Medical care, TakeOut Food, Banks, CVS, and on and on! I don’t drive far but I have a straight shot drive to Kohl’s…less than 10 minutes and a straight shot just a little further to Home Goods, Target, etc.
Providence is a daily blessing for me.?
Since my arrival at Overture I have met many residents who became my friends and in time of need my support system. Everyone that I have encountered here are always ready with a smile and a helping hand.
The staff is the jewel in the crown at Overture Providence. They do such a great job and are approachable about any concerns that may arise. They are responsive and truly care about all their tenants.
Excellent facility and staff. Very professional and friendly. Present themselves very well. Their attention to detail is excellent. The facility is very quiet and pleasant.

Well, I've been here for over a year now and love it. What's nice is that there are many activities from which to choose. In addition I have different friends for different activities. There really isn't a need to feel "alone" because you can walk into the Club or Game rooms and find people to talk to. Also, the office staff is very friendly. Some days you might only need a HI or How Are You? and then you can go on your merry way. This was the best decision of my young life.? Peace and Love.
We have such close relationships with people living here that it feel like living with family. Tenants and employees all seem to have a close relationship and I have never had such a feeling of friendship.
Our manager held an excellent community meeting to review the procedures to follow in case of emergency situations in our building. Residents were given the opportunity to have their questions answered and to express their concerns. This was very helpful and brought a measure of relief to know that our needs are being met.
Overture has a management TEAM that is always finding ways to make its residents happy. The many activities and their ongoing search for new entertainment, health programs and fun times make life here the BEST! I send photos and emails to all my friends in PA who live in a 55 Plus community and they all…..want to come here. I am so proud to say I live at Overture.
Great place to live. We need more enriching activities. We keep getting the same ones every week. Nothing new and mentally stimulating. Lots of games that are mostly resident generated and arranged.

I feel bad for a lot of older people who live here 24/7 and depend on a Good daily breakfast and activities.
Overture Providence is a great place to live. The entire staff is friendly and helpful and make everyone feel part of the community. The location is perfect for easy to walk to resources and exercise.
I have lived here for two years and am very satisfied with the residence and also with the maintenance and administrative staff. I would highly recommend Ovrture to anyone considering a safe, friendly and relaxed living environment
Enjoyed the complete initial experience, but beyond that I haven't moved in yet! But I am really looking forward to the complete experience. Tara and Cathy have been wonderful.

As I don’t officially move in until 9/6/23, I’m only going on my observations and comparisons to my previous GreyStar property.
This property seems like a much better fit. And definitely run better by management on site. The noise level is a definite improvement and I’m sure people won’t be arriving to swim at 10 pm! As I won’t be facing the pool anymore, I won’t be disturbed. That was my biggest issue at Sawyer rules that no one enforced. People outside shouting and swimming at all hours (especially on weekends). It was terrible during the Summer!
I’m looking forward to meeting my new neighbors! I’m very excited to be moving to the Overture!
Love the staff, great friendly residents from all over with unique and interesting backgrounds, and enough activities to choose to be involved but not overwhelming to where you feel exhausted.

We are happy to find a nice apartment in the Overture Providence with very friendly residents. We have no complains except hearing foot steps from the above floor due to the structure of floor.
We know nothing can be done to remediate it. Otherwise, we are happy to be the residents of this beautiful establishment.
The community is 5 stars, the location of the apartment on Ardrey Kell is terrible. Patio is unusable due to high traffic noise! It’s a shame not being able to enjoy your outdoor space! And with more apartments under construction, it’s only going to get worse when they open and add more cars. I’ve been waiting since Spring for someone with an apartment like mine poolside to move out. Love to stay here but road is especially load from 5-11:00 pm.
I just signed my third lease. I have a nice life here but the large rent increases are worrisome to most residents. New residents are starting new clubs which is great. We have a great staff

Enjoy the breakfast 3 days a week. Cereal, yogurt and fruit 2 of the days and Fridays is a hot breakfast.
due to nearby new buildings the noise inside & out is BAD & the traffic in next few months will be terrible to get into & out - also the place is not as clean as it was 3-4 months ago with to the new cleaning service
Overall ok but still the noise in & out side is a detriment - also all the new construction on all sides will be really bad in a few months - traffic & who knows what kind of people will be moving in & possible bad safety concerns - both from cars s well as the people - even now sometimes its impossible to drive around here due to the numerous construction trucks & the high lifts that block the entire road -
the new apartment is much quiter and is satisfactory versus the previous one that was very noisy due to the unsatisfactory construction and a below grade and quality of insulation between the floors which allowed an excess of of constant noise being inter grated into the rooms below and wasvery anerve racking
Noise factor is the Biggest complaint factor , primarily from the inside due to marginal at best insulation between the floors and to a secondary degree from the outside due to the traffic & nearby construction which at times is bad - Concerns about the future traffic congestion due to all the new apartments is a REAL concern as well as the Increse in NOISE from this traffic at all hours of the night - This is a REAL concern & it could become unbearable - This may lead to many accidents as well as frayed nerves , agitation & health concerns -star ratting tough to give as too many unknowns now but not more then a 3 star based enterily on the NOISE factor -other aspects are reasonable
We are very glad that Overture finally replaced the broken electric car charger and that was one of the reasons we renewed our lease and decided to stay at Overture. The previous car charger had been broken for almost a full year and even though they tried to get the company to fix it, they were unsuccessful. We thought this was a great amenity for Overture to have especially when the apartments right next door put in several rows of them, free to its residents. We were a bit surprised and felt rather betrayed when the charger that appeared required us to pay to use it. So it’s not an amenity after all. Will they start charging us to use the grills by the pool next or even the pool? The coffee machine downstairs, perhaps? It was kind of a bait and switch. It’s a very slow charger and shouldn’t cost anything to use considering we’ll have to keep the car plugged in all night to achieve a complete charge. We’ll now have to explore other options.
overall better then previous apartment but need better sound proofing in the floors as any movements in the resident above can be very clearly heard-- POOR construction & lack of & cheap insulation between the floors is evident--
We have been continually frustrated as have the staff with the continually unusability of theEV charger on the property. They have been trying to work with the company who owns the charger but they have been unresponsive. We renewed our lease with the promise that the charger would be repaired and it has not been. We were even promised a discount on our rent and that never materialized either. Now a different company is supposed to be installing chargers and we are very excited to see that. It has been a long and ongoing problem ever since we moved in. We will be happy when it is finally resolved.
This place is not what I expected to be. Planning to move out asap possibly breaking my lease soon.
Maintenance is poor.
Nothing works well in here.
I’m very disappointed.
And I know others feel the same way but they just don’t speak up!
