I enjoy living at Overture Community in Greenville SC. They have many activities that are exciting and fun; the residents are so friendly and engaging; best of all, the staff are very caring and the activities coordinator is the BEST!!!!! Kudos to their team!!!

Honestly, I love living here. The community is peaceful, the apartments are well maintained, and any issues are taken care of quickly. The staff is welcoming and makes you feel valued as a resident. I’d happily recommend this complex to friends or family.
Wonderful community! Especially excellent staff, always looking to the needs of residents! Location is central to two airports, to the downtown area and shopping centers are nearby.

I have lived at Overture 55+ in Greenville, SC for over 4 years and love it!! There have been times when I’ve felt that it has lost the staff run functions and is mostly resident run now, even though our rent keeps going up. The staff is great.
We love living here and enjoy most of the people. But there was a time when we had more activities. The best part is that most places we visit are close by.
Overture Greenville has been my home since it opened in 2020. It is a beautiful and lovely community. The residents are warm, friendly and like family. The staff is wonderful and always willing to help with a smile on their face. We have a nice variety of scheduled activities and events to help keep us active. We have an equipped gym and exercise classes which include yoga, aerobics, etc. The heated pool is a definite plus.
I have met such a nice group of ladies and would recommend Overture of Greenville to anyone that no longer wants the responsibilities of home ownership.
I love living here. The staff and residents are great. I enjoy taking advantage of all of the activities that are offered. The gym and exercise classes are my favorite. I started to play pickle ball and have met some new friends.

I have happily lived at Overture for five lovely years, longer than most of the staff. I understand the difficulties associated with a startup piece of a large corporation. In considering the amazingly comprehensive job of our Manager Luke, I must congratulate him. His communication skills coupled with the ability to manage across-the-board operations make for a pleasant atmosphere. It is My Happy Place although, at ninety, I must move on.
I have met some very nice ladies that I now consider to be friends. I do like the layout of my apartment. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The maintenance men are great; the few things I have needed them for were handled in a timely manner. For me the location is perfect. I have just recently renewed my lease.

So far, the staff seems great and the amenities look great as well. The application process had few glitches, but we go through them all. I'm pleased with the view of the pool area from our balcony.

I really enjoy meeting new residents and making them feel welcome. I say try every activity, then decide which ones fit into your lifestyle and likes. There is something for everyone.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Walked us through the process with patience and understanding. We have never been to a 55+ community and were very impressed with the size of the apartment. Ver nice atmosphere and nice grounds.
Overture Greenville is a very nice and comfortable place to live. I have been a resident at Overture Greenville since they opened in March 2020. The staff is always willing to help you and with a smiling face. We have daily activities and events to help you stay active and we have a fully equipped gym to exercise.

The residents are great and one of the main reasons we continue to stay here. We also think the staff is excellent which is another reason for staying. When I moved here, COIVID-19 Vaccination started.I didn’t have any idea where to go.Then I met a lady who is resident here and retirees nurse. She was the kindest person I’ve met.She took me to got a Vaccination. I was so glad that I had made right choice to moved here.
We have found the residents to be extremely good to be around. The staff is excellent and have responded to our requests very rapidly. The maintenance staff id fantastic and have responded to our requests for help within a half hour.

Overture is a lovely place to live. The neighbors are very friendly and there a feel of family with everyone. The staff is always nice and friendly with a smile on their faces. They are always willing to help when asked. Overture is a beautiful community and I have recommended it to my friends and family.
Our furniture arrives today but so far we love it! The facilities are great abd te staff has been wonderful. Looking forward to the brunches, happy hours, and lounging by the pool.
Having recently moved in, so far I am very pleased. Jessica R. and Luke were so kind answering all my questions prior to making a decision to live here. The unit itself is very nice and I am beginning to find my way around. I will attend the first social event this evening and hope to meet some neighbors / friends. I did have one maintenance issue that was handled quickly and efficiently.
I enjoy OVERTURE for it is very well maintained, friendly and helpful management staff and best of all the Residents are so friendly and fun to socialize with. I also love teaching LINE DANCING at OVERTURE. What a fun and important exercise for the brain and body!!!

Overture Greenville is a wonderful 55+ community. There is a wide variety of daily activities that the residents enjoy. There's also exercise classes to keep us active such as Zumba, Aerobics and Yoga. Overture is a beautiful community and it's well kept. The staff is always nice and accommodating. The residents are very nice and friendly. A warm and lovely place to live.
I am Very Very Happy Here, I have lived at Overture in Greenvilel, South Carolina for nearly one year now. It is very clean and there are many activities to choose from.
We have been here a month. Staff & residents are great.

I’ve been on vacation for 3 weeks and it’s nice to come home to my cozy apartment in OVERTURE where the staff is wonderful and welcoming. The maintenance team keeps the community complex nice and clean and very well maintained. I enjoy teaching line dancing to the residents as a volunteer. It’s so much fun and I love the Zumba, Dance Fitness class, Happy Hour social activities and much more! I especially love the friends I have made at OVERTURE since day 1.

Everything went fine. The elevator was wonderful to be near. Everybody was very helpful and friendly. Overall, I rated it as a five star moving in experience.
I believe I see positive changes. Luke sent out an email about staff attending a meeting. No one needs to ask about where they are. That is a big step. Emma scheduled a zoo trip. Yeah. This was such a quick response. I praise all the staff and look forward to exciting adventures.
I have been a resident for six months. I chose Overture for the activities and community style living. I am definitely please with my lifestyle. I never feel alone or isolated. My advice to any new resident is get out of your apartment and meet people. If you desire privacy you have that but its alot more fun and healthier to join the activities.

Overture is a wonderful home for me at this stage of life. I love to keep busy and there is a calendar that comes out at the beginning of the month with many diverse activities.

Apartment/Community living is what you make it! However, I feel blessed that we have a great sense of community here! There is no reason to sit in your apartment and miss out on all the great socialization, exercise, card, domino, corn hole, karaoke, book club, etc., opportunities. If anyone is bored living here, it is because they didn’t walk out their door!
Everyone seems to be very friendly. There are a lot of activities to choose from and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly I feel safe in my new home.
I have enjoyed living at Overture! I wish I could stay but it has gotten too expensive. I will miss the Happy Hours and the activities (both Resident Led and by Overture Staff). Security was important to me when I moved here and I felt very safe, even at night in the parking lot. My apartment, though a bit too small, was lovely -- I loved the walk in shower with the bench! The closet space off the bedroom was very nice too! The grounds and pool area are lovely -- it's so nice to have gas grills available to all residents. Most of all, there are truly some wonderful people who live at Overture -- I have made many friends!
Wonderful maintenance team. Very prompt and courteous. Management is very nice also. I like the concierge service that provides Lyft. It takes some of the stress out of arranging a ride.
We have had a wonderful experience since moving here last November. The residents are great particularly with the diversity we have. The staff is great and the maintenance staff is simply incredible. We had a problem which was fixed within a hour after letting staff know about it.

My wife and I have been living here for about 4 years. For the most part, we like living here. There were more Overture lead activities; now there are more resident lead activities.
I have loved living here for the past 4 years but a lot has changed and not all for the good.
Muffins for branch??? Not a good idea. I’d rather have eggs, bacon, biscuits, muffins , yogurt, fruit - much better for the residents.
Up to this point in my lease at this community, my experience has been mostly positive. I am not able to attend all scheduled or even most scheduled activities due to conflicts with previously committed functions. I have interacted with several of my neighbors. All but a few are very friendly and respect the rights of others. My apartment is very nice. I would, however, make some changes as an example a two sided sink in the kitchen. I would also include access to the rear door on first floor apartments! What a terrible waste of an access door by putting railing around the patio! I look forward to the next review.
We like living here. We wish we had more amenities—things we can do here—but otherwise, we enjoy it. Now that the weather is getting warmer, we will wait and see.
Great place to live if you are part of an aging population. Luke, Felicia,Emma and Jessica are available and friendly. Maintenance request are handled in a timely manner and communication is quite good on the butterfly Mx app. Nothing is perfect, but this comes close for my needs and wants and the convenience to shopping and medical facilities is great. This is a perfect location.
I have been here for over 3 years and really love it but with the rent going up every year and the events going away it’s hard to justify spending more. Most of the people who live here are retired and have a limited income, I don’t think we can continue living here and it’s sad!!
The community is wonderful. I have met some very nice people that have become friends. The staff is delightful. The only reason I did not give it 5 points is because I am amazed at the number of things that break or do not function properly in a building that is only four years old. For example, at this moment the electronic gates to enter the parking lot have been wide open for several days. A few weeks ago one of the doors did not work with our key fobs and it seems to take an extended time to get them fixed. That being said I am glad I chose Overture and would definitely recommend it.
Hello, my wife and I have lived here for four years. The first two were great. Amenities were a lot, now not so much. Anyway, I guess that's the way it goes.
The only reason I did not give this five stars is due to how some of the property is maintained. For example entering from the parking lot in to Stair 4 Level 1 the concrete needs pressure washing including the steps and the large cracks filled in. It is not a good appearance when I bring guests to my apartment. I am still waiting to get my light fixed in the hallway above my apartment number. There are also areas outside that need to be pressure washed. Other than that I would recommend Overture to anyone looking for a friendly and beautiful place to live. The staff is welcoming, the activities are fun. The weekly brunch is great and happy hour is a wonderful way to socialize.
I am mostly very happy about our move here! I love the staff at Overture -- but I am not impressed with Greystar. They do not seem concerned about the Residents or their issues. It's really frustrating!
My wife and I love living here. But we wish we had more amenities. When we first moved here over three years ago we did have more. Otherwise, we do enjoy the area.
Friendly helpful staff, fairly quiet most times, warm friendly residents, good activities, ample parking in gated parking lot, I don’t care for the nickel dime charges for community fee, garbage service, set up fees!
Great community of people who have quickly become friends! Lots to do in Greenville, so also a great city to live in! I do feel like the staff is spread thin since they spend time at another facility, which seems to have caused this apartment building to be neglected a bit. Repairs take longer and small maintenance issues are “patched” and not repaired. The grounds and building are not as clean as when I first moved in and overall, it is not as shiny and upscale as it was a couple of years ago.
This is a great community, with wonderful residents and nice staff. I would like to see more variety in the monthly activities. I know that a lot of residents don’t participate, but perhaps some lunch and learns with more relevant topics would be of interest to them.

I generally love living at Overture. I love the fitness classes.
My HUGE complaint is the noise of the A/C compressors in the attic. I live on the 4th floor, and the noise is awful 6 months of the year.
Both of us love living here. Some weeks the food choices have been below par. The staff is great. We need a monthly pulse check on any issues and concerns.
I would like the pool to be kept at a constant 82 degrees. If the pool is open all year round but the water is kept only high enough to stop from freezing it isn't fit to go swimming.
Very nice apartments with the halls, lounge, card room, demo kitchen, outdoor pool that are nice. For those who drink coffee, hot tea or hot chocolate, it is bonus for them to have that benefit "free". The staff is congenial and helpful. The end of my first year, I was very surprised disappointed my rent increased 15% and I had only two weeks to find another place. If I took longer, then my rent would increase beyond the 15%. When I rented my apartment in September 2021, it was my first experience with rental. I had always owned a house with my husband.
Hello, We like living here. However, in about 5 months it will be 3 years. Some of the amenities are lacking. We can always hope that they will improve.
It has been 4 months since Peggy and I moved here. Management is friendly and generally helpful, but, slow to react to problems, such as the front gate, pool heater and TV's in the Gym. Only 1 TV is working. In speaaking with other Gym users, we all find it easier to work out with the sets working.
One cannot help but presume Management beyond this location holds the purse strings very tightly.
The majority of the events are during the week, during the day. I work so I am not able to attend any of them. I feel like I am paying so much money for events that I can not participate in
Convenient and well maintained. Wonderful amenities. Friendly neighbors and staff. Responsive to concerns. Lots to do both in the community and surrounding area

1. Weekly breakfast and happy hour could use improvements
2. Valet trash should be optional
3. Some residents think they own the amenities.
4. Thought it was an active community but it really is not.
5. Hallways and stair wells could be cleaner
6. The paint that is used in the apartments is horrible need a better paint.
I’ve lived here a little more than 3 years & so many people have left because of the increases here with less activities!! It’s very sad, some of my good friends are going to leave because of the crazy increase & few activities
Why would Overture have a trivia nite at another apartment complex? It should have been here!
