For the last six years it has been our honor and privilege to call Overture Frisco our home. We love the community, staff and residents, our apartment floor plan and all the fun Overture Frisco has to offer. There are plenty of resident led and staff led social events and gathering opportunities to keep everyone busy, regardless of interests. As if this isn't enough, we are located in an area for easy shopping, excellent churches and top-notch medial facilities and doctors. And a super benefit for many of the residents, including us, is the proximity of our children and grandkids. Living here at Overture Frisco is one of our favorite and best experiences ever!

The past two years at Overture Frisco have been some of the happiest yeas we have had in recent times. We have made a ton of new friends and find there is always something to do each day with the many activities and events this incredible Management team has pout together. We looked a several other locations prior to coming here and this location is far an away the best. Shopping, restaurants, medical facilities are virtually all in walking distance. It is so interesting how so many of us here at the Overture Frisco have a commonality. Each day we learn of someone who lived near one of the places we lived, or share the same food preferences, and on and on and on. Bottom line is Great value-Great location- Great people-Great Management= Some very Happy Campers!!!

We have lived at Overture Frisco for over 5 years and are happy to call it home. The community is friendly and warm and making new friends is easy. Amenities and social activities always give us plenty to keep us busy! The management team is great and does a super job of running the community and caring for the residents. You can't beat the location. Shopping, fantastic restaurants, first class medical facilities and churches are all within easy reach. Overture Frisco is indeed a great place to live!

This place is clean, quiet, and smells good. Everything my former residence was not. Maintenance can be a problem on major repairs like for elevators because repair costs have skyrocketed because of a lack of competition.

This community is warm, friendly and family oriented. It’s aesthetics are in a class by itself. A very clean residence for the 55+ residents that include a plethora of activities, health seminars, Happy Hour t days per week. Fellowship Services, fitness center, etc. I highly recommend Overture Frisco 55+ community for active seniors.

This is an amazing community. It feels like family. One of the best decisions in my lifetime. What I most appreciate is the age diversity from 55+ to people in their late 90's. Those in their 90's inspire the younger residents. They are very active and keep me going. There is a bond here. And you can still maintain your independence because you have your own individual apt. No one pressures you to attend activities. Tons of things to do. Never feel alone. People check on each other here. Great management team who hear your needs and concerns and follow up. Building maintained nicely. Beautiful grounds. I enjoy living here everyday. So grateful for this experience and way beyond my expectation. Thank you Overture Frisco and Greystar for an outstanding job and making this a great place for seniors. Keeps us young minded and embraced at this stage of life. The people here are truly legendary! I love living here.

This place gets better every day and there seems to be no end to the all-out effort this staff is making to give every tenant much more than we have ever expected. The event calendar is filled with a myriad of opportunities that will have an appeal to most everyone. It starts with a light but tasteful breakfast to a dinner quality Happy hours to an entertaining Friday Happy Hour with fun appetizers. Maintenance is top-notch. The amenities are tasteful and abundant and it is one of the best locations in the area with every conceivable restore, supermarket , medical facility and personal and professional retail galore. I have recommended this property to family and friends and so happy to be a resident.

They were all so nice, especially Sydney bc she was the first contact and she returned my call, left a nice inviting voice mail. They gave me many snacks, chocolates, and soft drinks. We have now lived at the Overture Frisco for almost one and a half years and have truly enjoyed our experience here. We have met many new people and are always able to find something happening to occupy our time on a quiet afternoon or evening. There has been some recent management changes here and we as well as our fellow tenants have been extremely pleased with the new managers. They have attacked the few problems that exist and keep us all aware of any happenings or changes that will be effecting us. We have friends that live in other similar properties and when we discuss with them the various services and amenities that we receive here at Frisco Overture we always seem to be the winner. The location is perfect for us with shopping an personal services are all in relative walking distance. Bottom line= We are very happy at the Overture Frisco!!

I love it here…it offers me the opportunity to make new friends and live in peace. I only wish I could’ve signed a 24 month lease. The thought of moving, the work, the back and forth and the added expense would be awful. My doctors told me they can see an improvement in my quality of life. I do suggest to my family and friends to consider Overture Frisco for retirement. I love my apartment! The office staff are the sweetest professional young ladies I’ve encountered for the 13 years I’ve been in Texas! I would recommend all 55+ apartment seekers to come to Overture Frisco!

We have found the Overture to be a wonderful place to live especially due to the people who live here and the staff that runs this place. There are always problems, like in any other place but thy all seem to get taken care of and the staff keeps everyone in a very positive mood. The amount of programs that are on the weekly is far beyond any other place we looked into and the breakfasts and Happy Hours ae definitely ore than any other straight rental. Plus, it is in the most convenient area of the city for us as we can find everything we need relatively a walk away.

My retirement here at the Overture Frisco has been very healing. The quiet and the peaceful living in my apartment makes all the difference. The options in and out of the community improves the quality of life. If I could change another thing, it would be improved carports assigned to residents as a courtesy. Protection for residents is a superb amenity and would attract more people to this community!

We are going into our ninth month here at Overture Frisco and I guess it is like having a baby....without the pain but only the enjoyment of the outcome. There is no question that having lived in a spacious home for many years, then moving into an apartment is a major change. But, to be honest, we should have done this sooner as Overture Frisco is what apartment living is all about. Like any good business, it starts from the top and although I have no knowledge of the company that operates this facility, from what i can see they are pretty smart because they have put together a winning team here. The staff is incredible and they do everything to make the tenants welcome. And that is not an easy task when you serve a bunch of "old codgers " But somehow the staff makes it happen with a smile on their faces. Many of our friends live in similar type buildings and do not get half the services we get here. I just signed my renewal so I guess that is a good review in and of itself!!

NEW RESIDENT IMPRESSIONS After having always lived in a house, coming to live at Overture, a lively, diverse senior apartment community, was a completely new experience for me, but I immediately felt the embrace of new beginnings. Observing the friendly chatter, smiles and interactions of the residents warmed my heart, and the busy staff members were always courteous and helpful. I knew this wasn’t going to be just a place to live, there was more to it than that, I felt comfortable, there was a sense of belonging and realized I had found a wonderful new place to call home.

I cannot think of a better p[lace to live at this time of our lives then the Overture in Frisco. I have worked in the housing market for many years and am totally amazed at the care, concern and professionalism that we are experiencing in this building. From the moment you enter, the Management Office is on the left you are welcomed. You are treated with respect and their care and concern to do everything possible to make your living here a pleasurable one. The calendar of events is amazing. Virtually every day there is something happening and the common areas are always filled with tenants enjoying this part of their lives with fellow tenants. The Overture in Frisco may be one of the best kept secrets in this eve-growing community and I highly recommend it to those anxious to enjoys the 55Plus years in your life. The property is constantly maintained and the schedule of events that touch a very wide area of interests is happening every day.

The community location is very close to extensive shopping opportunities, numerous top grocery stores, good doctors and medical facilities, and wonderful churches. We continue to be amazed each day with our life at the Overture in Frisco. There appears to be no dents in the armor. My business career put me in contact with many housing developments working with management on a variety of issues. Doing this I became well-aware of the difficulties of satisfying the tenants. The management at this property is incredible. I am sure that they are put to the test every day with some "not so easy tenants to please." Yet, the entire staff has a smile on their face and they respond to each and everything put before them. We are here just a few months but I cannot imagine what the complaints are as everything that we have experienced seemed to work well. We had several choices when we made this recent move and we thank the day we decided on this Overture property.

Kristee, our manager, came back to the Bldg on Friday night to be sure our emergency plumbing issue was addressed. Above and beyond the call of duty. She’s the best! Chris, our Director of Maintenance, was called in and repaired the problem efficiently and promptly. We are so glad he is on the team!

We are Charter Members of Overture Frisco having lived here since it’s opening in 2017. We chose this Active 55+ apartment complex initially due to its location. Our choice has proven to be a great one as we have become friends with the many others who have become residents. The spacious partially enclosed balconies complete with a closet sets Overture Frisco apart from other facilities. The Staff is friendly and caring.

Breakfasts are lacking nutrition, taste, pleasant service, variety & creativity. A weekend On-site maintenance person is needed; no response when current setup is utilized. Happy that gates are working & security is improved so my car isn’t ransacked again. Absolutely do not like changes to entry lounge area & second floor activity room. Totally impractical to have that activity room designed to be separated. Activities include more residents than space accommodates. Not enough room to exercise & chairs slide on flooring, making an unsafe situation. A rumor is that high bistro-type tables & chairs will be in the entry lounge area; I hope this doesn’t come to pass, as it would be totally inappropriate for the 55+ age group. Thank you for this, over all, pleasant living experience! I hope I never need to move because of the inflated rent increases! I love living at Overture Frisco!

Security is lacking & lax. Breakfast is lacking; only eggs & grapes on Monday, October 2. Fitness Room: thermostat is locked at a temperature too warm for working out; cups have never been in water dispenser past year; recumbent bike has had an error message all summer; no closed captioning on any televisions; stairwells need periodic cleaning. Thanks for providing a fun place to live-great management team!

We moved to Overture Frisco 5 years ago when it was known as Aspen. The apartment’s are all named after Aspen related locations like Vail, etc. We moved here from Stonebriar Village on Legacy as we love this area of Frisco. We are close to shopping, entertainment, banking, medical facilities, etc. The residents are friendly and look out for each other. The current staff are friendly, helpful and caring.

We have lived at Overture Frisco for almost 5 years and have loved every minute of it. Good friends and neighbors, fun times and great location. Lots of shopping, sites to see and places close by to visit. A super place to live!

Fortunately a lot of nice residents. Donja is the best asset here. The other staff members, not so much. Facilities need cleaning and repairs.

I almost rated it a 4 star but just couldn’t until I see what our new manager Erika does this improve issues here : poor landscaping especially in the back of the bldg which I see several times/week as I approach my car and come and go. Also improving and increasing the options for activities. Also adding a piano to our facility to be used by entertainers and residents. Also timely regular attention of hallways and other common areas (not just the front entrance and dining room)

Unfortunately still feeling and having issues from previous management team BUT hopeful new manager will work towards making this a community I can provide an “exceptional” rating.

Unfortunately the management is very lax in addressing issues here. To name a few, gates have been broken for months, one appears repaired the other worked for about 2 hours, one elevator has not worked since 9/27, the elevators were 1year and 4 months past the required inspection, the sprinklers were malfunctioning for at least a month, flooding the parking lot. The excuse is always the same, " I have to get an estimate" NO follow through!!!!

Disappointed in lack of security. Gates have not operational most of the time....months. Staff gives different answers to same question. Carpet needs replacing in common areas. Elevators are finally working. Paying full rent...not receiving things promised.

At first I was good but all I hear is complaints, the doors for parking area do not work, my car was vandalized, One particular resident during happy hour as three if us proceeded to sit at her table informed us of how the sitting arrangements are , I was shocked I told her I thought high-school was behind us, they are even that way at fellowship. I just ignore and do me.

Filthy, especially trash room - smells, physically dirty. Bugs Should have a large compactor for trash instead of just outdoor trash bin. Would save money in the long run
