I just want to say what a wonderful staff we have here. They are working hard to improve the community and meet the needs of the residents. The landscape is looking beautiful and we have been having some awesome activities. Today’s 4th of July celebration was great fun and we had some delicious food.

Not yet moved in. However, the Overture staff, specifically Mariela Bettancourt, was exceptionally helpful to me. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I look forward to living at Overture!

I enjoy the people. I enjoy the current management staff. The place is well maintained. Lots of fun activities. Good shuttle service. I would only prefer longer lease options and lower rent.

Love living at Overture. The staff is fabulous and responsive and the residents are friendly. The apartments are lovely with modern features and large closets. We get a delicious breakfast three days a week and have wonderful events. This week we had a Mardi Gras event, a tea for Valentine’s Day, and a piano event just to name a few.

Amanda is doing a great job in getting this community back to being number one in Overtures senior living. Her open door policy has made the difference! She is the best thing to happen here in a long time!

Since our current manager, Amanda, arrived living here is a pleasure. I always enjoyed my neighbors, many of whom have become good friends, but the vibe here is just so positive . Just about everyone is happy, the office is warm and welcoming, and concerns are addressed immediately.

I’ve been a resident for 3 months now so have had a chance to experience several activities, such as a patio BBQ, Bingo, new resident orientation, ice cream and more. Anytime I’ve reached out with a concern, maintenance or just a suggestion, I’ve not felt unwelcome. As a still active senior who retired and then jumped back into my industry, leasing listened & appreciated the feedback and suggestion to reprogram coffee start-time to an earlier hour. Many senior rise early and some, like me, work. Great to grab a cup to go on the way to work. A small change goes a long way! Mariela, Elton & maintenance are awesome. I’m so hoping changes in leasing will maintain & even improve services here. It’s pretty great right now but there’s always room for improvement. But but we shall see. Keeping hope alive.

Love Overture Fair Ridge. Great place to live. Grocery Store very close. Doctors, dentist and eye doctor are within walking distance. This is a apartment complex for Active Adults 62 and older. Not an easy complex to get around if you are not an active person.

The building and amenities are very nice and maintained well. It's also nice that it's very quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient.

Pretty good experience living in this community. But there is much difference between initial satisfaction and of the present. As the number of residents going up so is the sliding downward of the overall services and care. I have submitted request of renewal of the lease through the Resident Portal on November 12, and a reminder email earlier this week without a response till December 12. My lease is to expire on February 28, 2024

I've lived at Overture since it first opened and I'm very happy with the building, amenities, and staff. It's also conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. I only wish that the valet garbage service was optional because I never use it.

Things seem to be improving with our new manager. Landscaping is much better and it looks like the outdoor lighting issue is being worked on.

I've lived here since the beginning and am happy with the nice facilities and quiet living environment. Would appreciate a more permanent fix for the kitchen sink garbage disposal that keeps breaking down and the bathroom sink that keeps getting clogged

The only problem I have is that some problems have not been fixed that were promised. Birds built nests in the garage and peck at insulation so there is constant bird droppings and insulation on the floor and cars.

When we took the Overture residentship in June 2019 it was different experience. Things have gradually changed as the resident crowd grew in numbers.. Complementary breakfast gradually squeezed to three days a week from initial six.Cleanliness of the elevators movers use to bring in our take out arriving and departing residents is failing. But still I love the community.

I like the quiet. I wish more events could be at 5pm or later. I wish there was better communication from staff regarding maintenance issues (that affect the entire community), faster snow removal. Coffee and sparkling water machines are empty half the time I go to use them. Better signage for deliveries when doors are locked. Garages need more clarity. When I moved in my shower was filthy. And the fridge. I told 3 staff members and entered it on moved in sheet but no one seemed to care. I'm still scrubbing mold and dirty soap scum from shower. I do like living here but it's not as "active" as I expected. Pictures in hallways are depressing.
