Management and maintenance are the best! Whenever I've had a concern I have gotten an answer from management and/or a fix from maintenance who also cleans up when they are finished. I feel very safe here. I love the underground parking. Our sidewalks are shoveled when needed. Please, come take a tour if you are even a little interested.

I moved into the building on September 9, 2025. And I have to say it’s been a great experience. I think it’s managed very well and the resident appeared to be pretty nice folks. If there’s one concern it’s the plumbing in the building. By that I mean, we ran out of hot water for over a day and although we were given an advance notice fortunate took longer than anticipated.

Beautiful, well-run and maintained 55+ community. I love it here! An added plus is that I can have a pet. So I adopted beautiful Nova, a gorgeous and sweet kitty through Red Fern Animal Rescue. She is a doll!

The community has really come together to help each other and support the events happening here -- A collection for Halloween candy for trick or treaters here, a sale of items individuals made, and a bi-monthly breakfast with amazing foods. We are a community that cares.

Adjusting to a new environment is never easy. The staff and residents at Overture Central Park have been kind, patient and very helpful with my transition. I look forward to participating in the many activities offered at this facility and getting to know the other residents.

I have not lived in an apartment in 40 years as I’ve been a homeowner all that time. I was very skeptic about getting an apartment, especially in a 55 active community, but I will tell you all of my trepidations were dismissed when I actually moved in and met the management of the building and the residence. It has been an amazing joyful experience. The residents are great. The building manager is very responsive to my needs so I would highly recommend this community to anybody looking for a 55 active community.

I had a few maintenance items and they were taken care of effeciently by our maintenace man, Greg. He is always so pleasant. I've heard that 'something' needs to be built where the bachee ball court is. I don't understand why anything has to stand there. It will be more espense and work for residents and once the originators are gone will new residents be willing to take over the care? How will the electric be paid for? As one who will not use it I sure don't want extra added to my monthly bills to pay for it. People have broken in to the garage and building. A stand alone shed is just another invite for thieves. It will block the sun for apartments in its view. A better solution would be to partition off a part of the garage like the maintenance shed. A new more resilient garage door needs to be installed. Office personnel and maintenance are amazing. The Town Hall meetings are important for communication. It needs to be stressed to all residents to attend these meetings.

I love my apartment. Shimim, Joelle and Greg are awesome. The staff does an amazing job but corporate seems to expect more from them than they can possibly do. I’m not pleased with corporate’s decisions regarding this property.

The staff and residents at Overture Are very friendly they make you feel at home immediately. The activities are fun and varied something for everyone. Our apartment is spacious with a den. It is a very quiet building and has a private courtyard with barbecues and social areas. I would recommend Overture As a 55+ Community.

Management is on the ball. Joell was a good addition. Shamim is happier. We all miss Phil but Greg does do a good job. I have encouraged the new residents to come to activities. Once the holidays are over I intend to go to more activities also. It has become a great place to live. I love that King Soopers will deliver here. I do drive but hate going out especially at night.

Life here is good. It is quiet, plenty of activities if you want them. Good food at Mixers. Pancake breakfast was an unexpected and pleasant happening. I don't have any friends in the area who are looking for a place to live. The price of renting in Denver is definitely high but I haven't checked to see if the new places being built are an equal rent.

I love living here where people really look out for each other. I feel safe and secure! There are also so many activities to choose from. I enjoy bingo and scrabble as well as the Tuesday residents’ pot luck. It’s fun getting to know everyone.

We have had several residents lately that have been in and out of rehab, hospitals, or have passed away. Our management and maintenance teams are always available to help if needed. They have really shown their hearts on their sleeves. It is a comfort to our families and friends.

Management & office personnel, maintenance, and the residents here are really behind anyone who needs help. Each week they give us a special get together and all holidays are covered with something special. It is a very peaceful environment.

I always feel that Shamim, Sara, Adolfo and Phil can and will take care of any issues that come up that I or anyone else may need help with. The property is taken care of from the inside and out, and they always have a smile on their face when they see you. They know the community well and can recommend good places to go for services that are needed. They have good monthly events like community services, card games, weekly mix and mingles on Fridays, Wine Down Wednesdays, and holiday celebrations. They just had Xfinity install a Gateway in everyone's apartment and I already see an improvement in my modem and WiFi-yay! People here help each other out too. I am here to stay!

The staff at Overture Central Park made me feel welcome and at home. They helped me find a unit and parking that is suitable for me. I am mobility impaired and am grateful that my apartment is close to the elevator with easy access to the gym. Very impressive!!

I’ve lived here for 5 years and feel like it’s the best place to be! Shamim, Sara, Adolfo and Phil are always here to help in any way they can with anything, and always with a smile on their faces. The warm weather months has a group of residents helping in the garden, the grounds look great, and the staff puts on special meals for us to celebrate holidays throughout the year. Can find things going on and we are a short walk to Town Center, the grocery store & a nice farmer’s market in the summer. Everyone here seems to help everyone out- great place to be!! Dogs & cats like it here too!

Though it wasn't a smooth move in - thus the 4.5 vs 5 lol, the staff of Overture was very receptive to any feedback and/or requests that I had. Still getting settled in since I moved in and then a few weeks later left on a trip for 3 weeks lol. Everyone is so friendly and warm, I feel very welcomed. Very happy with my choice to reside at Overture.

It’s hard to believe we’ve been here almost a year already! My only regret is that we didn’t move here sooner. The feeling of community is great and I have made some wonderful friends. People here are welcoming and look out for one another. Also, managers here are great! They work hard to build a sense of community and react quickly to any concerns. This is so important to an older group of residents. One of the reasons we left our former resident was due to poor management, and a lack of community, so I value having caring management on site . Every day I feel blessed to be here. In my opinion, we couldn’t have better, more caring managers that Sarah and Chamine. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I am so glad we are taking on this project. School supplies are so important. We didn’t have a lot of money when I was a kid - sure wished that there were were drives like this then. It was always a hassle.

Nice living here. Residents are friendly for the most part. Water is shut off a lot. Elevator is slow. Sometimes it can be 10 minutes. Response from maintenance can be slow. It’s a nice building and they work hard to keep the property looking vey nice

The neighborhood and closeness to places is an asset. The underground parking is an asset. A lot of activities are available which is nice for the residents.

It was very easy to lease from Overture. Emails came and all things that needed to be done were there at your fingertips. I also liked the cleanliness of the complex.

Thinks are not as good as it was 2 years ago. A lot of repair work and water shut down for 4-8 hours numerous times. Maintenance fill work orders.

The new coffee service is a nice addition. There are lots of choices of coffee drinks plus hot chocolate. If you bring your tea it can provide hot water. Bring your own cup.

Management has one special resident and despite ideas from other residents to make things better for new residents nothing ever changes. The birthday parties are nice. Mixers usually okay.

Since April of 2024, I've had canine feces on my door. I have notified the office, through email and in-person. Also, I have contacted Gray Star, with no reply. As of today's date the feces is still on my door.
