I love living here. The community of friends, the cleanliness, the activities available. I feel like there are things that could be better, like a handicap door opener from the parking lot, but overall the place is great. We don’t want to live anywhere else and we won’t unless it gets too expensive!

We have been here for four months now and continue to enjoy the apartment, the amenities, and the staff. The Thursday afternoon food gatherings are particularly enjoyable and offer opportunities to meet people. Easy access to the exercise equipment has allowed me to get back into a routine that supports good health. So glad we made the move and chose Overture Albuquerque.

Community is important. The activities here keep me connected with other people and that is important for your well being. The perks here are so appreciative. The Classes are free as well as happy hour food and snacks.The staff and maintenance team do an awesome job of helping its residents. I am thankful to be living here

This is such a lovely community. The amenities are endless. One can find an enjoyable time with kind people while finding a new hobby or friend. The pool is luxurious and can be used year round for laps or stretches. We are located near shops while having convenient access to major highways. Our unit has a lovely small patio for our outside enjoyment looking onto the community courtyard that includes fire pits, and a barbecue kitchen. The community has an active dedicated gardening group that maintains beautiful plants and flowers for the community's enjoyment. Thursday nights are a great time that includes wonderful meals held in a community setting. We are extremely happy in our new home.

Love our new home! Always clean, staff friendly and helpful, lots of activities available. We enjoy the covered parking, the Friday evening beverages and sometimes buffets, the movies, the birthday celebrations, the lovely landscaped courtyard with trees, swimming pool, BBQ area, and seating areas.

The staff is always ready to help me with whatever my problem . The maintenance team does an excellent job of fixing whatever needs to be done in my apt. They are very quick to respond. The classes here for fitness is excellent. I appreciate that along with the community programs and happy hour.

I enjoy living around people my own age. I am a widow and have made many friends in my community. The pool and courtyard are beautiful. Activities are a lot of fun. The management has always taken care of my needs. The community as a whole is a very pretty place to live.

I have enjoyed my new suite, and very please with the friendly residents here. So far no complaints. Seems like everything I need groceries, medicine, gas, even fast foods are close by. The view I have of the mountains are exactly what I wanted to be able to enjoy.

My husband and I have lived at Overture for over three years. We love it here. The apartments are well designed with upscale amenities. We have a lovely view of the courtyard and pool as well as the Manzano Mountains from our balcony.

My apt. is in the perfect location: partially faces the pool area but separated from it by environmentally- blended iron fencing and a leafy branched tree where I’ve placed several hanging feeders that daily attract a variety of birds. Also, just outside my two double sets of windows are a number of tall, healthy green shrubs that frame the lower portion of my living room and bedroom bird- watching views… delightful! All landscaped areas around our building are, in fact, well designed and maintained… cudos to our grounds’ caretakers!

Like the residents that I have met playing card games and others. The staff is very attentive and caring. can't say enough about the staff. Except for Paseo Del Norte noise the location meets most of my needs handily. I am glad I made the decision to move here after selling my house.

Beautiful facility with spacious apartments, common areas and outdoor facilities such as a swimming pool and sitting areas. Well maintained by the maintenance staff who provide prompt repairs if needed. Landscaping upkeep done weekly. Staff provide an array of activities that appeal to most people and the weekly Happy Hour is something to look forward to. Quiet, safe environment.

Beyond the amazing apartments and common areas, the entire staff is amazing. They make residents feel at home, loved and wanted. The only problem I have personally is the level of noise on the Northside of the building. Paseo del Norte is a home for people to race noisy vehicles late into the night. I don't want to leave but I am hoping that staying will not result in a rental increase. Those who are not subjected to this level of noise ould probably feel the same way.

The apartment is nice and roomy. The entire complex is very quiet and secure. I enjoy the workout room and amenities. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. overall this has been a very good experience. If I have one issue, it is the noise on Paseo del Norte at night, but that isn't something the complex can't control.

Just enough activities to keep a person as busy as they want to be. Enough of a variety to fit most everyons desres. It seems that so many of the people you meet are also the same people you met taking part of many of the other activities.

The only experiences I've had living in a retirement community have been in the previous two years. I lived in one for 1 year before I moved here last year. I am completely satisfied with administration and maintenance. Both departments attend to my requests in courteous, timely and professional manners/

Overture Abq is a great place to live. I’ve been here 2.5 years and love my apartment and its location within the building. I do not very often participate in activities, but I enjoy knowing what is going on and participate occasionally. I enjoy helping with the watering of the resident garden and the Thursday gatherings, The building is well maintained, the staff is wonderful and I am very happy. Thank you.

I never expected to find such kind and caring people in an apartment building. It seems that almost everyone here is willing to help someone in need: Rides to and from appointments; grocery shopping, etc. but most of all, just having a smile and saying hello. I'm quick to tell new residents how much I love living here and how wonderful the people are. Sometimes, in a few days or weeks, they've found out for themselves what an awesome experience they'll have here at Overture. I'm always so happy when I hear that!

This is a wonderful place filled with very pleasant residents who are warm and welcoming. It has great amenities especially the lovely pool which is great for laps or just relaxing. It is inside the courtyard for easy access. There are lots of classes and activities.

Service by management is responsive and very caring. They addressed an apartment issue before we actually moved in. They were sensitive to our timeline for moving and therefore were very flexible and accommodating.

Great Staff! Always available to assist with questions. Maintenance is on top of any issues that arise! Would be nice to have the fountain and coffee machine working more regularly, but the important stuff is handles quickly, and there's always a smile and kind word from the staff!

Well-designed complex. Apartments are nicely laid out with excellent appliances. Washer and dryer in every unit is a big plus. Many community activities and amenities. Can be a little noisy at times.

Clean and well organized common areas. Maintenance staff is helpful and professional. Gym is clean and equipment always works. Security and regular reminders about keeping doors closed is in place. Staff makes an effort to recall your name .

This is a true community! We have fun doing puzxles together, at our crocheting or knitting circle, sharing travel adventures, or just playing board game or charades. The amenities are like onboard a cruise ship. The staff bends over backwards to accommodate our different food requests at our weekly Happy Hours!

For the most part, things go smoothly…especially maintenance…two great guys. Would suggest messages go out early as the scheduled elevator closures. Sometimes the elevators are being used before receiving the text.

Generally very happy here. Sometimes rules are not enforced like clutter in the hallways. Staff are really nice and maintenance is great. Plenty of activities if you choose to participate. I look forward to Happy Hour each week!

Parking can be an issue…I only have one car and other residents might have 3…other than the reserved spaces that are very tight it can be a free for all. Maybe every apartment could have a numbered space for one car.

Nice looking community and great maintenance team! Some things (like courtyard) isn't cleaned or landscaped as well as they were when I first moved in, but overall , it's a nice community. The rent increase was much higher than expected, and a little disappointed with all the additional monthly 'junk' fees that are added to the bill. Debbie does a wonderful job of creating and organizing activities, and Michael and Aric are responsive to any issues that arise!

There have been repeated problems with the elevator not working. In addition, the pool access is not consistent. General maintenance on the building itself has not been done. Is starting to show wear.

Well I don’t have any yet. I’m moving in in July from New Jersey and even though I have family there its going to be an interesting experience. I’m calligrapher and still working. So I’m looking to join the calligraphy and art societies It should be exciting and looking forward to the move. The only thing sad is leaving my many good friends.
