I renewed my lease for the fourth year because Destinations Pebble is such a good place to live. The activities and Management are always great in making this a place to call home. The whole DP team works at keeping everyone safe, grounds maintenance in excellent condition and service request response quick. It's a very secure location and close to shopping and public transportation.

I enjoy living here. I love being an ambassador and helping in the kitchen helping people .One more thing I like is interacting with our new office manager. She goes out of her way to ask how you are and is there anything she can help you with .The two ladies in the front office try to be as helpful as possible. And one more thing, Lisa wears so many hats we may have to clone a few more heads for her.

If you want a safe place to live Destinations Pebble is the place it’s also very quiet here. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance department is outstanding;also, our office management is excellent. I have lived here 18years and truly have never had a bad experience. I plan on being here the remainder of my life. Do not let me forget to mentioned our community bus. It takes us to the bank, stores and on outings. Our activities director is great and plans many activities at the club house and off property. We have a nice library and computers to use. A great place to live.

I'm glad to be living at this location. There are many employees that have made it nice for me. Everyone on maintenance is always working and that incudes even helping serve plates when there a large party in the clubhouse. Walking into the clubhouse can make you smile. Lisa is always making everyone smile no matter what the season or holiday. Even if she isn't feeling 100% you'd never know. One last thing- I appreciate the front office and all they do for us. EVERYONE HAVE A HPPY AND HEALTHY NEW YEAR

Destinations Pebble is a 55+ active senior community, but there seems to be more residents here that use walkers and/or wheelchairs. It's a descent place to live once you learn its not as active a community is as advertised. Its quite and the grounds are kept clean but mainly in the front area where the office and club house are located since potential residence see those areas first. Overall I gave it 4 stars mainly because its a senior community and affordable.

Destinations is close to a lot of shopping with an on property bus to take you there for shopping for groceries, banks, and restaurants. Everything I need is here and much more. The amenities are far beyond my expectations and above what my peers are experiencing living in other communities. I love living here. Anything I ask is immediately handled. The staff are all so kind & professional. Recently, I got a new bank card and I needed help with the app.. I went to the office they walked me through each step. Thank you. I love the exercise classes with Victoria. This is a beautiful, clean, safe community.

So, I just moved here on June 1st and so far, so good. I have some pretty nice neighbors and I thank them for putting up with me and my family who helped me move in. I hope they can put up with me as I trudge through these many boxes and get settled into my new place. I really like the setup too, as I can walk right to the mailboxes, and I like how they are enclosed inside the building. Makes me feel a lot safer. As I get settled in, I will update my review. I enjoy my stay here at Destination Pebble. It's quiet, and a well maintained property. The management is friendly and informative. They have entertainment in the club house. I moved her in 2022. I came from a place where everything was included in one price. I hazed it. So when I moved here it was a pleasant surprise. I like that I have a choice in what I will or won’t participate in any activities. I don’t drive right now so the shuttle to the bank and stores is great!!! The community is very welcoming and cared for. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly. My only complaint is that we have four cars parked in the lot by the fitness center which are not licensed and they back into the parking spot so it is harder to see that. According to our lease these cars should be towed.

I've lived here since April I am a young man 65 years old recently widowed from my wife of 40 years trying to get over it this is a whole new life for me had to sell my Ranch, lock, Stock and Barrel only took heirlooms because unfortunately I had a freak accident and had to have a leg amputated so it was impossible to upkeep the ranch looked over a lot of communities some had their pros and some had their cons but for my needs I thought this was the best place I'm still trying to fit in so far because I have not lived in an apartment for going on 50 years I'm really not used to the rules and regulations and I do apologize if I have upset anybody but I have so far have had pleasant experience with residents and I just need to get out and explore this property a little bit better I would like to extend my lease to larger apartment like the two bedroom one and a half bath so my daughter can spend the night once in awhile so we can go out onto the town so yeah I guess I love it here!

The neighborhood is quite and peaceful. I like my apartment, the floor plan works well for me, and I like being on the second floor. I feel safer. The bus is very nice to have, because I can get pretty much anywhere. I don't go to alot of events but the ones I have gone to are alot of fun. The people I have met are nice and very friendly. I will be starting my second year here, and I am looking forward to having another great year.

`I feel safe and secure in my apartment, as well as, entering and exiting the complex day or night. The location is convenient for shopping and easy access to the interstate. Maintenance responds in a timely matter and are always professional and trustworthy. I always allow them access to complete repairs even when I am not at home.

I like it still. The apartment is roomy ( except there is no storage. 1 closet!!?? But I’ve made do and forced me to be a little more organized. Everyone is friendly and welcoming . . Just the lack of storage is an issue. I know that this is to make people want to rent a garage. I don’t think there are any available anyway.

I love my apartment but would greatly appreciate it if management reminds ALL tenants about DESIGNATED smoking areas. Smoking in apartments or balconies should NOT be a daily routine. Some of us have health issues that are aggravated by next door & balcony smoking. I am surrounded by tenants, next door, downstairs/upstairs, who smoke not only cigarettes, but mariguana as well. Smoking in apartments & balconies is not only a health hazard, but a dangerous fire hazard. In my opinion, the smoking policy MUST be enforced by management ASAP.

Its been nice these last 3yrs. The property manager could be transparent about situations. There used to be townhall meetings, not anymore. In my opinion townhall meetings inform residence of all thats new, not new and interesting. We need them back!

Six month review, so far so good! The community is still immaculate and the maintenance staff is great. Only problem was the Dimensions of my unit it was incorrect on the website my bedroom states it’s 10’ x12’ the bedroom is 12’, but the width is only 9.5’ I measured which through off my design, it’s little narrow. But overall I love the 10’ vaulted ceiling.

I have enjoyed living here for the past seven years because I feel safe, it's very quiet and the location is easily accessible to amenities and the highway. Even though I've never used it, the bus transportation is an excellent amenity. Also, the pool, grills and exercise room are all important and necessary amenities. Unfortunately, the increases in the annual rent will force me to move. It's also the main reason I can no longer recommend this community to friends, family and others.

I like living at Destinations 55+ at Pebble because it is very quiet and everyone here is friendly. They smile at say greet you when you pass them by. The grounds are always kept free of trash and debris and the staff is always friendly and kind. Overall it is a great place to live and I even renewed my lease so that I could continue living here.

I really enjoy living here. The property itself and the neighborhood that it's in. I didn't give 5 stars because of a couple of things; we have a back gate by the building I live in that has been bolted shut. I use this gate to access the bus stop and other shops and such, but now I have to walk almost an extra mile because the gate is bolted shut! My other issue is, after living here 8 years, I wish I had a vinyl flooring instead of carpet.

I am a little disappointed with the lack of cleanliness on the grounds of building one. Unfortunately, tenants are careless and do not or are unable to clean after themselves. I realize the grounds cannot be power washed every day, but some of these stains have been there for over two months. I can only speak about my building since I don't visit other buildings. The stains are on the first and third floors in front of the elevator, in the corridors and on the ramp leading to and from parking and the walkway in the parking area. I haven't checked the second floor, but your staff should make monthly checks of the buildings. If there were hose connections, I would have cleaned these areas myself, even though I did not and do not spill anything. The elevator should also be checked on a weekly basis because the floor is usually sticky. I am willing to do my part to keep my building clean; I am open for suggestions/recommendations from the staff. Thank you and Happy Holidays!!!

I have been here now going on 4 months and I have to say that I really like living here. I am not a complainer, I tend to let things go, but since Destinations asked me for an update I suppose I will state this: Maintenance is not as good as I thought they were. Sure they came and fixed the many leaks I was having in the kitchen; they took care of the air conditioner vents inside my apartment, but, and this is a big but, they have yet to fix the leaking faucet in my shower. I just looked at my account and saw I have asked for help 3 times and so far no help has arrived. Maybe this is a small thing for them but that drip, drip, drip, drives me crazy. However, aside from this, Destinations is a quiet and peaceful place to be in your twilight years.

Living here at Destination Pebbles is good. Work orders are completed in a timely manner. Grounds for the most part are kept clean but mainly in the entrance, office and clubhouse areas, the back areas not as much. The stairwells are never cleaned which can be a hazard at times. Lots of available parking. Overall I gave it a 4 1/5 stars due these issues I mentioned above.

PROS: Like the size of our corner unit and the cross breeze that comes with it. We rarely hear our immediate neighbors. I feel secure against porch pirates as we are an end unit. CONS: The elevator. It’s constantly breaking down and when it does, it can take up to 6 weeks to get it fixed. The elevator is very slow, noisy and doesn’t stop even with the floor. The doors creak open and sometimes stop partway and we have to wait for it to start moving again. Cleaning of the elevators is erratic. Office staff is constantly changing. Repairs take a long time. The windows and doors are drafty. The rent goes up in accordance with the area but when area rents drop our rent remains the same.

I am very disappointed in the cleanliness of the resident corridors and the elevators. The owners of the property are quick to increase rents and add extra fees, but show a lack of concern for the upkeep of the property and the safety of the elevators. Resident corridors should be inspected weekly and cleaned as needed; they should also be powerwashed quarterly.

I like living here. I like the activities a lot. Lisa is wonderful. The only bad thing that has happened is that my car was stolen from this location. I put in a comment and never received a call back from cooperate. We know have to pay for the electricity for the added security lights. That is unfair for the cost to be passed on to us. That will not stop anyone from coming in to the complex.

Dirty, run down, trash around walkways, and neighbors that leave their dogs home alone for days that bark excessively, they don't pick up their dog's poop or have them on leashes, and trashy yard decor (looks like a freaking swap meet). It seems like some of the neighbors think the property is their private grounds to do whatever the hell they want..

Place has rules, most don't follow and are never reprimanded for breaking those rules. Apartments are older and most are worn, even the newly renovated ones. Appliances, carpets, flooring, cabinets, etc are also old style and mostly the cheapest, junkiest you can purchase, but rent doesn't show the low quality. Try to get something new, that should have been replaced years ago and your rent goes up. Also no Apt we ever lived in cleans there air/heating vents; ours smells like wet cats/dogs.

What is it with the elevator here in bldg,7 I have a bad back and "slepping" me and my walker up and down steps is counter indicated after my ablasion. I think we should not have to pay full rent on the days it is not working

I tried to use the business office today for some important business and the printer did not work! This is an advertised amenity and therefore should be available for use. EVERY year for the last five years when I've tried to use it it has been out of ink or not working! When I tell staff about this they tell me to email my PERSONAL Documents to the main office and they will print them for me!? Totally unacceptable solution. How about making it someones job to make sure the business office is ready for business daily. So if you need the services of a business office: LOOK ELSEWHERE! While I'm at it, there is a gate that allows access to Maryland Pky. that mgt. has bolted shut. When I need the bus stop or to visit the shops on Maryland this adds a mile to my walk. The gate was originally put there so residents living at the rear of the property could easily get out. I spoke to onsite mgt. multiple times. I wrote to corp mgt. Nothing.
