Kim began her career in real estate 20 years ago in Charlotte, specializing in sales and rentals throughout Uptown Charlotte and surrounding historic neighborhoods. After 15 years as a Realtor, she transitioned into mortgage, gaining a new perspective on the real estate industry.

Following a bank merger, Kim continued to build on her real estate expertise by transitioning into multi-family property management and eventually joining the active adult portfolio in 2023. Her experience across real estate, mortgage, and property management gives her a well-rounded understanding of the industry and a genuine passion for creating exceptional homes and experiences for residents.

Before real estate, Kim’s first passion was the performing arts. She earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Cello Performance and continues to perform throughout the Charlotte area. Her background in the arts has brought creativity, discipline, and a unique perspective to her professional journey.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends, renovating old homes, playing music, and gardening. She loves bringing character and life to the spaces around her, both professionally and personally.

Cathy Evans

Lifestyle Coordinator

Cathy Evans is a dedicated Lifestyle Coordinator at a 55+ apartment community, bringing 34 years of experience in property management and a true passion for creating a welcoming and engaging community for residents.

Cathy began her career in property management as a Leasing Consultant, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service, leasing, and building meaningful relationships with residents. Through her hard work and dedication, she advanced to Assistant Manager and eventually became a Property Manager, gaining valuable experience in all areas of apartment management and resident relations.

After moving back to Charlotte, Cathy returned to the property management field as an Assistant Manager. Her passion for working with residents and creating a positive community environment soon led her to an exciting new opportunity as a Lifestyle Coordinator.

In her current role, Cathy enjoys planning activities, coordinating events, welcoming vendors and guests, and creating opportunities for residents to connect, have fun, and build lasting friendships. She believes that a great community is more than just a place to live—it is a place where people feel welcomed, valued, and connected.

Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Jeremiah has called North Carolina home for the past six years. He is proud to be the father of a one-year-old daughter and enjoys spending quality time with his family.

When he’s not working, Jeremiah enjoys family time and playing video games. He is excited to continue growing his skills in the maintenance field, learning new things, and being a valuable part of the team.
