Great so far! Clean and comfortable, enjoying the activities and meeting all the nice people, feel very safe here! I love that it’s so convenient for shopping and medical buildings and financial institutions and also close to services for my car. The apartment is very nice with updated light fixtures, ceiling fans & appliances. I like the layout and the patio. The walk-in large shower is very safe to have. I will definitely refer anyone that I know to live at this complex. The staff is great & very helpful.

I love it here. Close to everything and most people are very nice It’s great there are events the hors d’oeuvres need a little work but other than that’s it’s nice

The office people are very nice and they take all concerns of each resident. If not available you can leave a message and they will get back to you as quickly as possible

Great place to live, close to all stores. Friendly neighbors and beautiful views. Love that the washing machines and dryers are free to use.

My husband and I did a lot of research and we chose Overture in Rancho Santa Margarita. In just a few months, we have met so many new friends, and enjoy all the activities. Stop by and take a tour. You will love it, too!

I love living at the Overtures. The staff and residents are awesome! There is so much to do, such as swimming, exercising, arts and crafts, luncheons, wine tasting, etc. just to name a few :)

It's a very friendly community most people are very nice , quiet and clean. Office management makes sure that residents receive information about what is going on around the neighborhood, and different activities for the residents

We like the people, the place, and the community. It’s a wonderful place to live. The amenities and the layout of the facility are amazing. We have been living here for almost a year now and have had a wonderful experience to date. Also , the staff management are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been going on Tuesdays and Thursdays to Jason’s “Teach Tuesdays” and “Tech Thursdays”. I am very impressed how well Jason conducts the classes in the cafe, answering all the questions and concerns presented to him. I wish more people would attend the classes. This is an excellent time to ask Jason questions about any concerns here. He answers the questions very well. Thanks Jason!!!

I have enjoyed my almost 4 years here at Overture. The apartment is small but adequate. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Any problems or maintenance are handled in an efficient manner on their portal. I have found my neighbors to be very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Shopping and banking are in close proximity to the facility. There are plenty of activities for those wishing to participate. All in all, this is a very comfortable place to live.

I'm beyond impressed with the office staff. Talking about going the extra mile to work with a potential future resident. They rose to the task, as they were so understanding and accommodating. Simply put, this is one classy place to live and this is coming from someone who has been referred to as "particular" . I've toured 4 communities - by far Overture has outshined them all. Also I need to mention the residents! What a welcome I received! I feel so incredibly blessed to be part of this tight knit caring community. Finally, I feel like I belong. I fit! and that's such a much needed thing in the senior years of life.

I would recommend Overture to my friends. I do believe because most everyone living here is on a fixed income an 8 percent increase in rent is too much.

I was disappointed when the software for the application did not allow me to complete it. However, when your sales consultant, Corinne Abt, got involved at my request, the problem was quickly overcome. I am very pleased with her assistance.

All has been pretty good. One problem is that our refrigerators do not have ice machines. Our facility has not had a working ice machine that we could get ice since January of this year. There’s been numerous complaints, but it doesn’t seem like it’s getting solved. It’s pretty frustrating as every week we have to go out and buy a small bag of ice. The big bag of ice will not fit in our freezers. Wish this was made to be more of a priority.

I have very mixed emotions. What I can say is I love the location the people I live with here and the sense of safety. The pets are a nice addition too.

I've enjoyed living at Overture. The only thing missing is an activities director who would be able to bring in speakers, entertainment, and coordinate outings to local venues. When I lived in Florida I volunteered at a facility like this and assisted the activities director. I'd love to discuss this with Greystar. Please contact me.

My community is top heavy, meaning that all choices are presented and made from the top down, instead of from the bottom up, they might explore the desires of renters but instead, they go the way of corporate

Great location. Very walkable, safe area. Calendar of events very repetitious. Nothing has been done to pep up the activities. No efforts have been made to help organize outings for residents. No entertainment has been brought into the community. Simple changes would add some excitement and vibrancy to the community.

The ladies in the leasing office have been very difficult to work with. One lady was recorded by my sister talking to my sister about a court case for Conservatorship of my mom. It was very unprofessional for a representative of Overture to say the things she was saying and to even have that conversation with a tenant. I don’t know why my sister was recording it because they were both teaming up together but none the less it was wrong. To summarize why this has been difficult; I am Conservator for my moms estate and my mom doesn’t have a Conservator of the person right now causing the leasing office to not allow me to do things that my mom needs to do to live in the community such as mail, key fabs, etc. I feel they could have handled themselves more professionally and could have shown more compassion to my mom.
