I moved here June 24 2025 I am very happy with my apartment and the people I have met here. I hesitated to move here since my last apartment (mosaic ) was also owned/managed by Greystar.

Very courteous and friendly reception. I felt as if I have lived here before! It was great to join the Overture staff and residents on June 2nd.' A Taste of Summer!Charcuterie Crafting Class event on June 3rd. A very classy event indeed! Looking forward to be resident soon!

So far so good. Just got my keys and am slowing moving personal items in before the movers bring the big items. Process smooth, but still waiting to get access to the portal - hopefully tomorrow as that is the plan.

We absolutely love our apartment….have a great view. And you can’t beat the location of this complex. We moved in a few weeks ago and have found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant. The residents have been very welcoming to 2 newbies. And I love the fitness classes. The instructor is amazing.

When we walked through the entry for the first time, Andy made us feel like we were already a part of the community. We explained what we were looking for and he took us to the model. We loved the model so much we immediately started the paperwork and we will be moving in soon. I even participated in an event and met Jennifer one of the community directors while my husband worked out the details of our new apartment. I also met several residents and had a fun time with everyone playing bingo. Overall, a great experience! Cannot wait to move in.

The apartment is so clean! And there is zero noise audible from the neighboring apartment. The building is always clean, and I'm overjoyed at the absence of roaches or rats, which are a problem everywhere else I've ever lived. The staff is nice and helpful, and my neighbors are pleasant.

It is absolutely the best move I ever made. Love it and so very happy. I have had people tell me I look happy. Good thing right. The staff is absolutely fantastic. All the things they do for us. Hunting for the Shamrocks was so much fun. The food excellent.

We are looking forward to moving into our new apartment in May. A 55+ community has a lot of advantages over normal apartment living. Plus we like this area of Scottsdale.

Nice amount of community activities. Activities include physical and fun (bingo, trivia, breakfast etc.). Maintenace service is quick to respond. Using the portal to report issues is so easy.

Clean and quiet location and area. Also, a great location for us for work for a short commute. Shops, gas, etc close by which is also a plus.

Friendly staff and residents. Grounds are beautiful. Great to have many activities to choose from. Will definitely recommend to friends. Maintenance is always completed in a timely fashion.

Nice complex with many amenities. Lots of activities for residents and management is first class. Convenient location within walking distance to Target and restaurants. Only negative is freeway noise but positive is easy access to the freeway.

We have loved living at overture the past 8 months. The staff is amazing. Amenities are great. We have met great residents We are active seniors and are treated with respect The staff is interested in the residents and they always go the extra mile to accommodate.

Lot of opportunity to stay involved! A new person orientation group would be valuable. A meet/greet and tour of all facilities. Maybe an outline of what new resident needs to do. Review of how to enter work orders, access Butterfly etc.

Best property I have lived at for amenities. Love the library, craft room, movie room, and lap pool. Grounds are well designed and all the staff are exceptional, very caring and attentive.

I am very happy living here. The staff is wonderful. The building is beautiful. The amenities are fantastic. The building is on a quiet street and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would recommend to anyone to come see Overture North Scottsdale. I’m sure you will like it!

Overture North Scottsdale is much more than a brand-new, beautiful place to live. It offers a real sense community, even in these early days when the first residents are still moving in. Everyone is friendly. The staff is welcoming and helpful. I couldn't ask for a better location that is close to everything but still feels like it is a world of its own. Life is easy and fun here -- and we're just getting started. I own a business, travel a lot recreationally and believe that I have found the perfect place to really have it all.

I feel like I’m “home”. Such a friendly and warm residence. The management could not be better…helpful ..cheerful..and always ready to help. The grounds are lovely. The size of this community is perfect…like a small village. I am pleased and excited to grow with Overture as it grows.

Overture North Scottsdale has ensured that I have no worries and live in a stress-free environment. I have everything I need within my apartment so I am able to work from home in peace. My dog loves the view from the porch The staff is highly responsive and has taken steps to ensure that I am comfortable and welcome. I am very pleased that I moved to this community.

We love the facility - just some minor tweaks are needed. Venetian blinds are hard to open and close, hot water takes a long time to get to our apartment. Biggest complaint is that US Post Office still does not have correct address of the building. We can’t get our mail, can’t get our prescriptions, and a lot of places won’t accept our change of address because it is not in the POs data base! Question: why weren’t they notified sooner so that the residents would not have to go thru all this trouble?

Since moving here a few months ago, have met several friends to enjoy getting together with. Fitness classes are fantastic with a first rate instructor, Eva. We love our apartment and have great mountain views. The only reason, I didn’t give a 5 star review is because of the lack of organized social activities, such as parties with dancing, casino nights, etc. one happy hour each week doesn’t cut it.

Great location for us and the pool is great. Small workout area but nice. Other than some loud dogs barking at times it is pretty quiet. The 2 bedroom we have is overall nice but the temperature difference from the master bed side to living area is not a good thing. The bedroom air flow needs to be looked into and resolved

Quiet apartment with good view of pool. Amazon storage lockers are great for delivery. Maintenance response time and work completion is great.

Locked out of the building on day 2. Office closed. No one walking around in 110’ heat. Not acceptable for a 55+ building. Everyone tries to be helpful but it seems there are some temporary hires that have not been well trained. The building is lovely. The neighborhood is quite congested and noisy.

My experience with the complex overall has been great. I was disappointed that certain details of my move-in were not handled better. I arrived with movers on day 2 of my lease to find the cleaning crew and a freshly mopped floor and we had to wait in the hall while they tried to dry it. The cleaning should be done prior to the start of a lease. Toilet seat was not fully attached with part on the floor and fridge didn't have a tube so there was no filtered water or ice for several days over the holiday weekend. These are things that staff should check prior to move-in.

Went the whole summer without good ac flow in main bedroom and no one would assist in w. Very disappointing when the ac people had a solution that was ignored.

No hot water for taking shower and I have been going to fitness center to take shower. Everything else is good except I can't get hot water to take shower.

Think twice about renting here. I've been here since the opening of the property and while initially very nice with attentive, responsive staff, they have all moved on to other positions/opportunities. So we have experienced four or five major water pipe breaks resulting in flooding of corridors and apartments, and elevators that frequently are out of order for extended periods of time. The amenities here are many, gated parking lots, lap pool, BBQ's, crafts room, library, movie room, Amazon locker, and weekly scheduled activites. Lease rates though are quite high and they will nickel and dime you for every common area cost.

The Manager doesn't take the time to engage with the residents. He is not the right person for the job. There was a flood in the apartment and he really never checked ro see if we needed anything.
