Overture Kierland is lovely in every way! Kindness and community abound, building and grounds are maintained and managed with friendly professional care, it’s a great location with easy access to shopping, restaurants and the wonderful Mayo Clinic. This has been my home since 2023 and I love living here!

I continue to be impressed with the level of care and support offered by the OK Team. I was in need of an alternate parking space while my auto was in for repairs. Staff graciously provided me with a temporary decal which allowed me to access my assigned space. This, combined with all that is done behind the scenes, contributes to the quality of life that I enjoy here as a resident. Heart felt thanks to the entire Management and Maintenance Teams. Your efforts are noted and greatly appreciated.

It is always delightful to share my ongoing comfort level in being a resident here at the OK. The management team is excellent at keeping everyone informed of upcoming events inside and outside the property via the monthly calendars. The maintenance team is always prompt in responding to requests for assistance and provides such exceptional service. The result is an enhanced environment all round. As a POC and member of the LGBTQ+ community, these factors contribute greatly to my overall sense of safety, respect and acceptance in calling the OK home. Many thanks to one and all.

Great place to live for people over fifty-five years of age, who are looking for a resort type style of living in the Scottsdale / Phoenix areas, in Arizona. Good social / group support for people with lots of social activities that allow residents to participate when they want to, or not. They even have tai chi for healthy aging and all around exercise that emphasizes balance and stability with strength and flexibility, and relaxation and stress relief.

Living here at Overture has been great I've been living here for several years. I love that the building is clean and new. Management is good about fixing things quickly, which is nice. The location is also great to get to various shopping facilities quickly.

Fantastic place, Make a lot of friends. Very active community, but we also have functions by the people who live here. We have a light "nosh" for breakfast 3 times a week. Lost of card games, including poker, bridge, and canasta. Nice pool and jacuzi. Really close to shopping and restaurants.

Overall, I continue to enjoy my stay here at the OK. However, we were recently required to move our autos so that upgrades could be made to the parking structure. I was concerned about finding temporary parking, but fortunately there was plenty that was very close by. So, I did not have to worry about my car's safety. Furthermore, the procedure was completed sooner than stated, allowing me access well before nightfall. Finally, the upgrades improve the overall appearance of the parking area. So, I must commend all involved in making this a smooth and uncomplicated process, not to mention the stellar results. Well done.

Wonderful first time experience touring the facility which was lovely and convinced me Overture should be my new home! The application was easy to complete and the whole process was so easy. Jhoanna was great and so helpful with the whole process. She is a gem.

My husband and I moved to Scottsdale from Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2023 to enjoy the better climate and the benefits of being close to the Mayo Clinic for our health needs. What a wonderful place we have found here at Overture Kierland! Living here feels like home! In the best ways. New friends, ease and carefree style of living, closeness of about any restaurant or shop you could desire! Easy for our relatives to fly in and out of Phoenix to visit us! We love it here!

My comfort and delight in calling the OK home continues. It attracts a diverse group of folks who become pleasant fellow residents. Also, even with ever rising costs elsewhere, the rent remains competitive. Finally, I should state that, as a person of color and a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I feel safe and respected residing here. I owe this to the effective and attentive oversight of the Management and Maintenance Teams to who I extend heartfelt gratitude.

Everyone is so helpful. It’s so clean and inviting. The people I have met seem very happy here. There’s a lot of activities. Where I came from they had happy hours but not like you have here. It was a person playing the piano.

I just renewed my lease for the next year and know that it is the best decision I could have made. Even with the anticipated rate increase, the cost remains competitive, especially considering the high quality of life I enjoy here at the Overture K. Wonderment We love it here We love the neighbors we have We love the staff How does it get any better than this?? I wish we could get on the golf course adjacent to our home. That would be unbelievable. So many generous residents here So many generous employees here The games are especially fun that we get to play. I regularly played poker and scrabble and billiards and learning to start. Keep it coming

Although it may sound uneventful, my residency experience is status quo, which is to say, all is well. Management keeps everyone well informed regarding any impactful procedures, while the Maintenance Team keeps the property high functioning and looking the best ever, and my neighbors are simply good people. Most importantly (and I know that I have stated this prior), with so much negativity everywhere, and as a POC/LGBTQ+ community member, I fee l safe, respected and comfortable here at the OK. I am pleased to call it home, still. Many thanks.

We have been here for 3 years and 3 months and the fun and comeradity continues. Very close to shops and great restaurants. We have exercise classes 3 times a week and in addition, we have yoga classes.

Love my new apartment it is bright and cheerful. Wide hallways and doors so my walker fits thru with no problem.Walk in shower easy to get in and out and even turn my walker around.

Living here has been an interesting experience. There are new people to meet, and the residents like to plan fun things for everyone to do. The office staff is friendly and the maintenance staff is great.

Nearing the end of the first quarter of 2024, I am pleased to report that I continue to enjoy a safe and comfortable stay here at OK. I appreciate the time and effort that the Management/Maintenance team invest in addressing any issues and keeping residents informed of events and procedures. Time has gone by. Yes, a whole year and I still feel I'm lucky to be living here. The pool is great, physical fitness is invigorating and fun, enjoy treats for breakfast, and meeting a nice group of residents. The staff is excellent.

As with everything there are pros and cons. Since living here the amenities have only gone down. Less food at breakfast. No variety. Less group activities. Sometimes it feels like it’s management against tenants. Although I think the office has taken some suggestions and a few events have Been added.

Wish there were more varied activities and breakfast foods. Not every activity has to be accompanied by food. Possibly more fruit instead of unhealthy snacks. Bagels were a nice addition last week. maybe have bananas and apples at Saturdays breakfast. Replace furniture at pool that needs replacement.

I personally feel that an apartment complex is what you make of it. If you walk around with a smile and a Hello people will greet you the same way. That seems to add to the general atmosphere of our apartment building. It is a generally friendly place.

Apartment is beautiful and having a dog park so close is wonderful. The staff has been extremely helpful. The grounds are kept very clean, and there seems to be a lot of resident activities to enjoy.

Hoping the stained carpets get replaced after the wallpaper is installed. Poor job power washing the garage floors. It is a pretty quiet building and close to good restaurants.

My dryer doesn’t work, maintenance came and I was informed that athe dryer needed a part. That was 6 or 7 days ago, as of today it has not been fixed. This morning while in the kitchen, I heard this water coming down on my patio, I thought it was raining but it was not. The water was coming from the patio above me. I was not made aware of this, I am thankful that I was not on my patio. I have had a good experience until the issue with the dryer and patio.

It’s time for new carpet in the hallways, trash doors painted ( maybe a dark color so scuff marks aren’t visible. Speaking of trash, a few residents are still putting their garbage outside their door in the morning, rather than at 6pm., grrr.

I think it’s time carpets need replacing where there are stains. Shades on windows as promised in gym. Cracked tiles substituted. A bench outside in front near entrance to office would be brilliant. This place is Not keeping up with the other buildings in this neighborhood .

Still saddened by the lack of charm and personalities in our hallways by residents, it is bare and clinical looking. I personally dislike valet trash removal, because neighbors put out their garbage too early then the hall smells. It’s monotonous to see the same breakfast snacks several times a week. Please change it up.

I wish management would accept some rational, reasonable suggestions, eg; change the breakfast bars , coffee, wine etc. I commented on no shades in the gym and was told Not in the budget but it’s a new year. It could prove less ac running with black out shades.

Noisy and dirty from frequent construction sites surrounding this apt. complex. A lot of things continually in need of repair- NE elevator as well as pool, projector, and garage doors. Rent prices way too high for what you get.

I’m very disappointed by three things; there is a second pool table when the first was barely ever used. It looks crowded and why the expense? Speaking of expense this management has removed the intense exercise class from 4x a month to 2x leaving those more physically fit ignored. The gym by code is 11 people and it is averaging between 13-18. My ask to remove fist size dust balls from the garage and power wash has Not been filled in the eleven plus months I’ve resided here.

I find the individuals in the office not helpful at all. Tried to submit renters insurance for this year., Was notified address on insurance was wrong for Grayhawk suggested it was their responsibility to have notified we renters. Instead of me having to call back to my insurance company and get another copy of the renters insurance. I had already taken my time to call get a copy and submit it to them. Communication is poor.

I feel that Ovature needs to keep their pool in running order. It breaks down every 3 months and then they take 3 months to fix it. Ovature seems to take to long to fix major amenities like the pool and movie theatre. Ovature also seems to raise our rent and then charge extra for things like parking. We really enjoyed this apartment when we first moved in but we feel Greystar cares more about their other properties and has left us behind

Our pool has not been operating for nine months. We have had very few activities in the last 6 months. We got locked out of our apartment and we had to call a locksmithto pay 300.00 to get back in because the night operator for this apartment told us no one could help us. We got a 300.00 raise in rent. We are now charged 50.00 per month to park our car. The breakfasts are small with no protein. We are talked down to by office staff. There are constant cancellations of activities like getting together for Mother’s Day
