It has been a pleasure to have stayed at Overture Hamlin community for more than four years.
We are enjoying all the amenities and specially the swimming pool.
Office staff although frequent turn over last and this year, have been helpful.
Praise to the maintenance staff.
Traffic has increased around the community but is manageable.
Love the new and old residents.
We enjoy living here at Overture. The Staff is Great and the Residents are Friendly! The Events are a lot of Fun! The Common Areas are very clean and the Landscaping always looks nice.
People here are great. Staff is very open with peoples concerns. And very accessible. In general I have been one of the first people to move in. And hopefully be here anlong time.
My husband and I have lived here for 5yrs and I can still say we’re loving every day here. They recently put pool table in the game room and I can’t get my husband out of there. Seems to be a hustler that I didn’t know?

has been great and the years have flown by with old and new residents in our resort type Community.
The staff though changing frequently has been very cordial and helpful.Specially maintence staff have been wonderful.
The best part being the activites for the residents which keep every one busy and happy.
The shopping center, movie theater high way are aesy to access.
Love living here. Have lived here for 15 months and has exceeded my expectations . The pool is one of my favorite amenities. There are many activities available.
My wife and I are very happy here. The complex is always clean, the aminities are good, maintenance issues (which are few) are taken care of quickly and completely and the office staff are friendly and accessible.
I love living here. There is always something going on. I love to play Bingo and Dominoes, plus there is always going on. They always have a calendar with everything listed.
Overture Hamlin is a fantastic community with los of great activities every day. It is close to Disney as well as groceries, pharmacy, and restaurants.

Programs have improved; some weekend activities are now available. Encouraging get- togethers is helping current residents meet new residents which creates a positive environment .
Having the water warmed in the pool allows longer use and positive body benefits !

Overture isn’t just an apartment complex. It is a community! Whether you wish to participate in the many offerings of activities and events on the monthly calendar is up to you. I have found my own niche in gardening and the book club. I enjoy watching others do their thing too. And the best part is, if something goes wrong in your apartment, it is so easy to contact our efficient maintenance team through the resident portal. -Joyce

Can’t say how happy my husband and I are so happy to be here. Heated pool, work out room , community center with coffee, tea any time and a great game room with an awesome pool table. Walking to stores and restaurants. The management so helpful,always at our disposal. Happy that we retired here

The classes offered are very good, and right for our age groups. Also, the entertainment, art& craft, even the neighbors are all very good.
The stores around, the neighborhood is just right.
So far, we haven’t had much to complain about.

I have lived at Overture Hamlin for almost 1 year. I love my apartment home and enjoy the pool very much. The staff and the people who live here have been very helpful and friendly.
Great place to live! The people are friendly and they have a lot of things going on here for the residents. The office staff is kind and helpful, very friendly.
The social Director fills the activity calendar. The common areas are kept very, very clean. The maintenance crew handles any problems very quickly. I feel safe and secure living here.
This is my home. Overture Hamlin has more than I ever thought I would have at this age! My friends, my clubs, and my fitness opportunities are more than I had living alone in a private residence. Daily conversations with others are just an open door away. No need to drive or walk far for groceries, a manicure, or a meal at one of surrounding restaurants. I am proud to invite family and friends to visit! There is so much to see and do right here-like the pool and the pool table!! Overture exudes pride of ownership by keeping the grounds and facilities in tip-top shape.
My husband and myself are so happy that we decided to live in this community. It’s everything that we could wanted our apartment is our home. The community is so friendly. The area is beautiful. Everything is within our reach Chris Nina and Sarah, John Eddie and Natalia are always ready to help us Plus, Sarah is always cooking something else for us to enjoy. We are enjoying our retirement fully here.

Friendly staff and residents! Several new programs have been added; weekend activities could be expanded!
The property is receiving a much needed outside cleaning of the buildings; the recent trimming of large palm trees has made a big difference.
It would be nice to have more interaction with staff from outside activities visiting and making residents aware of what is available in the area.
Looking forward to my first lease. Toured the complex before I left for a world cruise. Did most of the paper work online. Application was fairly simple to do over the internet. Just a few more details to finish up.
Convenient to shopping, dining and entertainment. First class community with friendly and efficient staff willing to go the extra mile to please residents.

My wife and I really enjoy living in this community. The residents are friendly and so is the staff. There are a variety of amenities within, including several events during the month as well.
At the same time, the community is close to many fine restaurants and retail stores, is close to main rods and highways and within minutes to major theme parks and attractions. I would definitely recommend this community to others. Happy to be here!

Overture is a great community in a great part of the great state of Florida. A resident here can walk or easily drive to just about any type of store, restaurant, or local entertainment venue. Our 55+ community members also have a good number of fun and interesting activities right here at our clubhouse and outside facilities.I like this community. You would too.

Living here for 4 years has been a dream of fun activities and pleasant experiences. There is always something new and interesting to do each week. The monthly schedule has things planned that you can you pick and plan for. My neighbors are friendly and helpful if I need them.
Only here couple months but very comfortable, staff is 4 star, very friendly and so willing to answer questions and interact with residents, all round good experience getting settled
I am living my best retired life here at Overture Hamlin. It’s like being at a mini resort. And the maintenance team provides top shelf service! A great location and a great place to cal home.
Was very impressed with facility, its staff and residents. Facility clean and beautiful. Everyone both staff and residents were very friendly and welcoming.
This is a very nice friendly community. The grounds always well kept and clean environment. The events held are always fun and organized. You can always ask questions to anyone if the staff members and get wuick responses to questions.

I really enjoy the community living at Overture Hamlin. There are a lot of activities you can engage in, so meeting new people is easy to do. The area has an overall quiet feel to it which is nice to have for relaxing.
We are having the best time getting to know our new neighbors. The activities Nina presents to us are so professional and fun. This is going to be a blast living here. Our real favorite are all the exercise classes.

Since moving to Overture we have weathered both major and minor storms. Never once have we suffered any damage to our residence from rain, wind, or debris. Our windows and doors remain windproof, rainproof, and nearly soundproof. We feel very safe and happy at Overture. We appreciate the many built-in safety measures of Overture and all the preparations made by management and staff before possible emergencies. Thanks, Overture!

Our experience with the tour by Ciera was awesome. Love that tge pool is heated and tge movie tgeater too. And we are excited to move in Dec.
Moving in in November, but my experience with Kristan and Ciera was wonderful. The unit I am moving into is just what I wanted with a pool view.Very excited!
Our community Happy hours and group parties sponsored by the staff are so much fun. I always meet someone new! You can tell that the staff cares and really enjoy what they do!
Fun and excitement are the words to say about living here at Hamlin Overture! The staff is caring and supportive of all residents. My time here at Overture have been awesome! I look forward to many more years here!
It is a great place to live. Staff is great always ready to make living here at Overture pleasant comfortable and fun. Maintenance keeps things clean and running well. The location is great for walking distances to stores and eateries.

I really enjoy living here. The people are friendly and I enjoy meeting and talking to the new residents. I really enjoy the pool.(I can't believe you can swim almost year around). The weight room is my next favorite place, the equipment is excellent and so easy to set up and use. There are so many activities, classes / exercise , balance , crafts , art. Book club. Walking club. Bingo and other games. The pot lucks are fun, you get to eat visit with your friends.
Wonderful management and staff as well as beautiful complex and amenities! So excited to live in the area and meet new friends. Very clean, warm and inviting atmosphere.
My former neighbor just left after visiting me here at my two bedroom apartment at Overture Hamlin. She told her family she felt like she was at a resort! Thank you to our welcoming staff and residents for providing activities and friendly conversation!

I recently attended a June birthday party which included a large number of residents! The group enthusiastically sang Happy Birthday !
I thoroughly enjoy living at Overture Hamlin. The staff is amazing and there is daily activities in the spacious clubhouse. We have a gym, pool and an awesome outside kitchen with grills and TVs. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

Since I came to Overture Hamlin, my interests have changed. Luckily so have the community activities! There is always something on the monthly calendar that I participate in on a weekly basis!
From land or water exercises to karaoke and happy hours or table games to sip and paint sessions I found outlets so I am never bored not working any more! Pets are also welcome here which is a must for me! And the best part is-it is all right here-no need to leave.

Wonderful Staff, They care about each person, spend time getting to know everyone. Listen to you & quickly fixing what ever the problem is. Are patent with having to answer the same question more than once until it's fixed or understood.
Maintenance is handled quickly & well done. Friendly, don't make me feel like I'm bothering them. Don't mind questions, & explain the problem & repair clearly.
Lots of activities to enjoy. Including Exercise Classes, Health Classes. Exercise Room is state of the art. Fun to use.
Everyone is so friendly. There are so many activities you can participate in, plus we can watch the Disney fireworks and the swimming pool is heated!! I love living here.
Love it. Really enjoy the grills very clean and in working condition. The expresso machine has been a lifesaver these past couple of days with the cooler weather.

I feel the activities offered are something for everyone. Even if you don't care for what is being offered that day, go anyway. It's a good way to get to know your neighbors.
Lots of activities for everyone. Huge clubhouse with a heated pool and barbecue area. Large TVs by the pool. Huge movie room and fitness area. Staff is amazing.
It’s hard to even put into words on how extremely marvelous our community and management team are. We have lived all over the world being military and can truly say Overture has gone above and beyond their call of duty for a 55+ community. Kristen, the manager leading the way with Ciera our outstanding cheerful sales rep. Full of joy and knowledge, and Hallie as the activities coordinator we could not ask for a better team. The maintenance team with Hector and Dee are always working hard and extremely knowledgeable to ensure our apartment and community is safe and clean. There is never a wait on maintenance and Hector ensures the job is complete to full satisfaction. Thanks Kristen and your team for an outstanding job and place to live and enjoy the amenities and activities to keep us busy. We could not ask for a better place to call home.

Living at Overture Hamlin over a year and still loving it. Enjoying the beautiful view of the pool and clubhouse from our balcony. Feels like living in an upscale hotel and enjoying all the amenities. Lots of restaurants, stores, shops, activities nearby.

It is a nice community and quiet overall. There is plenty to do here if you want to get involved in community activities. The community is clean and maintenance staff does a great job. Everyone so far has been very welcoming. There is shopping and a few restaurants close by which is nice and convenient.
Celebrating birthdays and holidays with new fiends here at at Overture is so special-everyone is included! The management team is energetic and be inspiring!
The apt. was really clean when I moved in. The staff has gone above and beyond to answer questions and help with problems of moving from out of state. They are very nice, they smile and say hi when passing, help when asked and are kind about it. ( that's something I'm not seen before). The people living here are friendly and very welcoming. Every day there are classes, crafts, speakers, lots of activities to choose from. I'm very happy to live here.
I can not say enough how my living in this resort style environment has enhanced my life. Between the friends I have made to the exceptional staff running and maintaining a safe, fun and clean home for us to enjoy. The warmth that the team here provides is beyond my expectations. Diomary and Hector always go above and beyond to maintain the property. With each of them possessing skills and knowledge to maintain the property with a smile every time you see them. Ciara continues from the first new resident prospect steps on property to the day of move in and beyond with her warm, contagious smile and bubbly personality! Our property manager Kristin who has only been here for a little over a month is a breath of fresh air. She is extremely knowledgeable, warm, friendly offering great open communication and amazing at listening allowing us to feel heard. She and Ciara make a great office team. There is not stopping this dynamic duo! Come visit! You too won’t want to leave.
I've been here over 2 years now and I love every minute of it. The activities and staff are so amazing. Everything is clean and new as the day I moved in.
What a great place to live. The management here is extraordinary along with the the staff. They participate in activities and ensure everyone has fun and enough activities are provided for all.
Hector in maintenance is quick at responding to any problems and makes sure it is taken care of immediately. The grounds are well kept and we have a community garden that is growing out of control and that’s a good thing. I recommend Thai community to anyone active that wants to meet the best residents in the Hamlin area or I would even say the best in Winter Garden.
Overture Hamlin is a great place to live. Apartment life as a retiree is much better than home ownership and all the additional work and repairs needed. It's wonderful just calling the Maintenance Staff here for anything needed. They are efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. The Management Staff provides many amenities for our living environment and enjoyment. Love living here!
What I like about Overture Hamlin is how quiet it is. No loud music or noisy neighbors. Everything is clean from our apartment when we moved in to the grounds and landscaping. My wife and I are very happy here. Thank you
The community is guilt and very clean. I am. Or always home to enjoy the activities but I do love looking at the resident pictures. I wish there were fun activities on the weekends

I recently moved from to a new apartment that I love. I am on the 4th floor with a balcony facing the pool. The staff helped me find this “gem” that I love. I spend a lot of time outside relaxing, reading and people watching. It is a lovely quiet community and I am very happy to live here.p
I feel like everyday is a vacation living at Overture. There is always something to do from relaxing by the pool, to clubs to crafts to workouts! The best is walking to local shopping and restaurants!
Staff is amazing and everyday there is some kind of activity in the clubhouse. Dog friendly and they even give your fur baby that much deserved special attention. I Love it here!

As part of the original residents, we have always enjoyed living here the past (almost) 4 years. The people we have met here are absolutely wonderful - we are a true community. The friends we have made here are true life-long buddies. We truly do not want to live anywhere else as far as that goes. We love it here!
I recently moved from a senior site in Kissimmee, Fl. I lived there for 9 years and sought a newer residence. From the first meeting with everyone, this felt like home. Very welcoming, well maintained, and residents are extremely friendly.

I was in apartment building number two and moved to a two bedroom in apartment building number one. Ciara who is our leasing agent really made my transition smooth. She worked very hard to get it through to the date that I needed to move in. She was amazing.Thanks again Ciara!!
After living at Overture Hamlin for 2 years I renewed for another year. It's a good place to live - within walking distance of shopping, restaurants & entertainment.
Like always I enjoy living here. The residents are very friendly. We have a new manager and she is a wonderful person. She listens if we have questions or a problem (s) she sits down with us and works them out. They try to have activities everyone can enjoy doing
We love living here, meeting new friends and all the activities. Our apartment is beautiful and the perfect size for me and my husband. It's close to stores and restaurants as well
We have been here for almost a year and are coming into our final two months of our 14 month lease. Our stay has been enjoyable. Like anything, there are good and bad things. We had hurricane issues that took a long time to repair; pest issues with ants and silverfish and concern for roaches from neighbor apartments on move outs. But Managment kept us updated and acted as fast as they could given workloads, etc. I am perplexed as to why our renewal offer actually increased when the same floorplan and view is available to current (new) tenants at a lower rate. Why would a renewal be higher than a new move in? You don't have to clean the apartment. You don't have to assume control of utilities for 2-4+ weeks, etc. But all in all, an enjoyable stay. Austin did a very nice job with all the different personalities in this building.
I have been living here over two years. I enjoy the community; staff are great, made new friends, enjoy some of the programs.
There are issues which cause distress for some which is the poor and unpredictable wifi service.
Some of the equipment in the apartments are showing a variety of issues; which need attention .
Maintenance service is very good; but some problems require more attention. The best part in living here allows me to see my grandchildren who live 2 miles from here! So this location provides me with a home and easy contact with my family.
Living at Overture Hamlin is nice. We have the shopping center right in our parking lot. It is so close. Lots of restaurants , a movie theater, coffee shops. Our pool is lovely and we enjoy doing tge water fitness classes.

Overture Hamlin is a good place to live for single women and couples who are retired. There are 4 or 5 activities a day. You can join in to any of them if you want. Hamlin shopping and restaurants are all walkable which makes it very nice. And Disney is 25 minutes away.
We enjoy our apartment at Hamlin. We get our money worth from the balcony as we are always out there. The view is gorgeous. And we also really like our twice weekly bingo games.
Peaceful community located within walking distance of many restaurants, grocery stores and small shops. The community has many activities to participate in if you so choose to do so. A great heated pool and outdoor space.
Living at Overture Hamlin is nice. The amenities are great. The swimming pool is nice and warm. Water Aerobics are great. Patrick is a good teacher. We enjoy going to bingo twice a week.
We enjoy living here. The restaurants and stores are close. And Disney is so close to be able to go every week. We also like doing the bingo and water aerobics.
Overture Hamlin is very pretty. We enjoy the nice people here . And we really love the close proximity to all the Disney Parks and family. Bingo is a fun activity we do each week with Sara who makes it fun.

You will make many new friends here, at Overture. Management offers so many activities. The building is immaculate, repairs done immediately, and apartments modern. The downside is limited public transportation. This is a community you will be proud to call home.
We are enjoying living at Overture Hamlin. The people who live here are very nice and friendly. We have a new lifestyle Coordinator Sara. She is doing a great job.
We have the best staff now since I moved here 2 years & 5 months ago. Hailee was a really good activities director, but Nina really puts her heart & soul into it. Sierra has been consistently good. Our new manager Chris is the best manager since I have been here. He doesn’t isolate himself. He is out in our little community communicating & participating. Eddie & John are knowledgable & extremely helpful. Our lady ( I don’t know her name) is always busy making everything clean. All in all, a great staff!!! The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 is the lack of handicapped parking. There is not enough for residents who need it!!!
Very nice place to live. Only 2 complaints, it's beginning to feel like an assisted living facility. Also the landscape need to be trimmed, the trees and bushes look awful.
This is a most welcoming diverse community. People are (usually) very friendly & helpful. We enjoy a very active social lifestyle and you can't beat the neighborhood amenities. The management staff here is absolutely wonderful and they help make living here a pleasure.
I've been living here for almost 3 1/2 months. I have found the community to be friendly, enjoyed several of the activities available and look forward to meeting more individuals who reside here. I hope to see some new program activities with the addition of a program coordinator.
I enjoy living here. I wish the building was kept cleaner. The stairwell in Bldg 2 has been dirty for a while. Steps have stains and are dirty. The shrubbery around the building needs pruned, weeds need pulled and the flowers in the pool area need watered and most are dead.
We’ve been here now, 2 years, +. Our experience has been good, mostly. For a while, due to frequent change in management, it was rough, but seems to have improved.

There have been a lot of transitions over the last year. Mostly good. it’s very disappointing that the pool heater has been down so long. There has been a lot of drama in the clubhouse mostly by the same people and it has been allowed to go on. There was a problem with people smoking on property. Hailee has been a great addition to the team as has been Kristen so with.Ciera, we seem to have an excellent team running the show. Cleanliness of the outside property is a problem.
Nice and clean place , Ciara at the office very helpful and paciente .
A lot activities to do it , happy to move here , have a lot shopping here we don’t have to go far.
The location is good, the amenities nearby are great, the community is inconsistent, because of change in management, but the maintenance staff is good.The activities offered need a little improvement, but the constants are,aquafit, balance class, art class& crafts, plus happy hour. Magic show was a hit, as well as the juggling act.
We are very pleased with everything except for the lack of only one elevator per building. Living on the top floor makes it a safety concern. The staff is wonderful and Ciara is exceptional.

Met and friends with many wonderful residents.
Could have some improvement of cleanness of the community common area such as restroom , outdoor furniture and sidewalk.
Dogs should keep out of clubhouse furniture and carpet area
Pool area should prohibit the dogs also.
need additional. elevators. could use grab bars to enter and exit tube. plenty to do, very active environment. We like the location close to local shopping.
I was very disappointed with this past Friday afternoon's Happy Hour. I hope Paige is not welcomed back. She serve potato chips, pretzels and dip.
Also, I felt 20 questions were enough for a Trivia game. This is the first time I have felt this way about a Happy Hour.
There have been some changes all around, so, once everything & everyone settles down, we hope to have the same homely feeling& atmosphere as before. It’s still our home & we love it

What to do with people who are extremely active? I keep trying to find people to go horseback riding, zip lining, diving, skydiving…..but to no avail. So I go alone.
The location is wonderful. Many amenities offered. Friendly office personnel. Area growing for all your daily needs. Overture is a community within itself.
wonderful staff and residents. I do not believe it is designed for elderly. No automatic doors. Connection to main building is through breezeway and uneven sidewalk. Showers have about 4 inch rise, making it dangerous getting into. The apt is beautiful and bright.
My individual apartment works just fine for me. Even though we were promised better appliances than we got.
The location for this complex is perfect for me. I still feel like the overall feel of this place is assisted living like, not active adult.
This is supposed to be an ACTIVE community but is turning into anything but. Numerous people have moved in here that are in wheelchairs or using walkers and are unable to maneuver opening doors let alone participating in anything remotely ACTIVE. Most "activities" have become sedentary - and now there's talk of adding a entry seat to the pool for those that cannot get into the water via the steps w/handrail.
On another note - the friends we have made here are some of the best people we've ever known and the staff are super fantastic.
We’ve lived here for the past 3 years, & have enjoyed it very much. All the residents are friendly, the staff is courteous & kind. Maintenance is prompt and Sierra& Nina take care of all our needs & answer all our questions.It is a nice neighborhood & we enjoy it.we have a new manager, who seems very nice,so,we’ll see how it goes from here on.
Staff are helpful; maintenance :(new hire many months ago)is competent and timely in completing requests.
There is limiteds storage place in the one BR apts.
The wifi source should be changed; chronic problems when using computers especially on weekends!
Not enough weekend activities; large population is still in house on weekends due to family obligations whereas individuals do not have alternate activities available from their families.

We’ve been in for 2+years now, & find everyone very friendly& nice. The classes offered are good, maintenance staff very cooperative& everyone at the management helpful. Except for new people coming& going, it’s been a good experience so far& hope it will remain getting better.
For the most part, my experience has been good. I am concerned about the lack of security. Recently teenagers have been able to access the building and knock on doors just for fun. The location of the apartments is excellent. You are near several stores and food chains that are within walking distance.
The young staff needs to listen to our suggestions of what we 55 plus people need and want Our life experiences mean something to us and by their listening to us will add to their knowledge of their work experience
A bit pricey to live here. If you work forget about taking advantage of the activities that you pay monthly for since most are done during work hours. The parking is terrible especially if you have a handicap placard. People let their dogs bark in hallways and on balconies and sometimes don’t clean up after their excrement. I paid extra for a parking spot to find different cars parking in it and nothing gets done about it. Circuit breaker blows in the apartment if the dishwasher is used. Garbage disposal gets jammed quite a bit. The Internet goes down often. For the monthly cost, I’d skip this one.
My lower rating has nothing to do with my unit. I would like the landscaping and hallway carpets and stairwells to be better maintained. My major problem with Overture is that it is becoming very assisted living like rather than active 55+
My husband and I love living here. The staff are so helpful and they have so many activities for us to enjoy. Its a great place and the people make living here enjoyable. We have made many friends and have lots of fun.
We need night security patrolling the parking lot and security walking the grounds of the property . we have many kids and homeless breaking into our buildings checking to see if doors are locked, they are trespassing . this issue needs to stop. we have many elderly people living here and single women that are worried for their safety i personally have experienced this my car was broken into and 2 masked young men nearly knocked me down running from the building.
The plantings near back door of building 2 looks awful. The breezeway doorway into building 2 the chalking is full of black mold and the plants in the large blue pots are overgrown. First floor hallway carpets in building two have pet pee stains. Because this apartment building is less than 3 years old, it is certainly not taken care of and already is beginning to look aged.
Dogs allowed in clubhouse must stop. People allergic to dogs can’t enjoy the clubhouse. Several people have tripped on dogs leashes. Sometimes clubhouse smells like wet dogs. Dogs bark at me be another which gets loud. Dogs go up to people who are not their owners and they jump, lick and bother them. It is so nice to live in a pet friendly apartment building but it is not acceptable for pets to be allowed in the clubhouse. No need except service ( Not emotional support) dogs to be allowed in an indoor space ( where there is a lot of food and drinks.)
Advertised as “active adult living” well guess that means junk food, sweets, lots of sitting, over abundance of “talks” regarding old age, and alcohol means “active” then this place should get 10 stars.

Everything seems to be breaking down and not being repaired or fixed! The pool hasn't been heated in a couple of months now, when asked about, it was stated that part had been received... Why hasn't it been put in??
Today we find out that the coffee machine isn't working AGAIN!, why is it always going out?? and perhaps a new one is needed for the residents?? Things just Havent been as good as it was 2 1/2 years ago… Very Disappointed?
Moved to Pool View. Apartment…..Very disappointed in the lack of maintenance of the Lawn care services of bushes, trees, palm trees, not only around pool area, which is unacceptable ….actually the grounds, as a whole.
In the front of the building the trees are overgrown so the addresses cannot be seen for deliveries. I’ve made request concerning the address numbers be darken and trees in front of address numbers be manicured so that food deliveries could be made… as of today nothing has been done, overgrown trees are covering the buildings addresses consequently sending deliveries to the wrong address before the correct delivery can be made.
Not very happy just now as compared to when we moved in one year ago.We have been experiencing some issue here at Hamlin. Pool is not kept clean. Especially after a heavy rain. Elevators go out and sometime not fixed for days. We no longer have breakfast as when I first moved in. Trash room is no longer cleaned with Clorox as when I first moved in. Happy hour has become an unhappy hour due to lack of food and appropriate cocktails . We no long have appropriate crafts. The ac in the community room does not work properly. We were/are having some issues with the security of the building. Kids from UrbanAir getting into the building. When we first moved in we were told resort living…. Not really happening now. We do like the neighbors…. Have become like family. Location is great. We also have a wonderful maintenance department buildings keep spotless. All in all not thinking of moving. Just wish the above issues would be corrected. Thank you.

For a community that's less than 3 years old there are a large number of issues regarding upkeep and community activities. We are in the process of negotiating our renewal since last year our 28% increase forced us into financial hardship. The corporation does NOT take into consideration the fact that most of us are on fixed incomes without benefit of additional funds. If it wasn't for the people actually living here (those of us that are left after rent increases) then this would be average living conditions.
On-site management in Feb when moved in I would rate as a 10. The management today is a rating of 2.
Sales consultant when move in a 10. Now a 3.
Life style Coordinator when moved in rated as a 7 now a 6.
