Overture Dr. Phillips is a great place to live. We moved in when they opened and we're still here six plus years later. The staff is the best ever. The building is well-maintained, as well as the grounds. The neighborhood has everything you would want close by. The medical facilities are top-notch. Grocery stores and other shopping and restaurants are super. We love our home!

Overture Dr. Phillips has been our home for almost six years. We continue to enjoy living here. The staff is friendly and attentive. It's a quiet environment. We feel safe here. The neighborhood is great and has everything you would want: good grocery stores, great medical facilities including a hospital, wonderful restaurants, and a variety of shopping. We are very happy here and hope to stay for many years.

Overture Dr. Phillips has been our home since it opened. My mom and I have been very happy here. The staff has been wonderful, the building continues to be well-maintained, and the grounds well-kept. We enjoy the neighborhood. Grocery store choices are really great as are restaurant varieties. Most of our doctors are nearby so that driving is manageable. Having a Wal-mart and a Whole Foods within walking distance is a huge plus. We highly recommend this community.

One of the main reasons I love it here is because of the staff. We knew when we first met them at the leasing office before the building even opened that they were people we would enjoy sharing a home with. Almost six years later we are not disappointed and consider them best friends.

I was very happy with my new lease renewal. I love the fact that our swimming pool is working well and it’s heated comfortably. I hope in the future we will have more activities. I would like to have trips around central Florida that all of us could pay a certain amount, but it needs to be organized! I would like some artistic classes too,

My living here have giving the living of a life time of living. I have live in many parts of the Country, and to say that my living here with the residents have giving me the SURPORT of a community. I have met people that I feel lìke I have known for years. I love my stay here. Having everything at my needs less then a mile or two. Just by having the comfortof quite day and night. In which gives me all the securtiy I have ever experience in any place I ever lived. Having the building at my needs everyday, I have now the tools here that gives me the will to take care of my health. Having great people here at what I call a resort, there are things that have giving me a chance to make true Friends that I met here by pool side.

I love living at Overture Dr. Phillips. There is always something to do. We have the best staff and the maintenance staff is wonderful. If I put in a maintenance request it’s taken care of within 24 hours. Living here is like living in a resort.

The community really tries to be aware of each other’s feelings and tries hard to be understanding and respectful of others. They are also accommodating especially on group outings to restaurants as well shopping excursions.

In any apartment situation, the staff is the most important thing, and I think we have the best staff in the world. Our apartment manager is superb. We're very fortunate to be in a new building in a wonderful location. We have very good doctors and dentists and all specialty stores in our neighborhood. Our location is also inland, and we are away from the storms.

I am very happy with Barbara Buzzell as the manager of our home at Overture Dr. Phillips in Orlando. I have been retired for many years and could live any place I’d like. I am here because of Barbara’s genuine managerial expertise. She has a wonderful staff. I am 96 years old and have lived in many apartments and condominiums in the U.S. and in Europe. I was on a condo board of directors in Daytona Beach Shores for over 20 years. I am in an excellent position to evaluate good management skills. I live in the best 55+ home in the U.S., and I have lived here almost 5 years since it opened.

We had a wonderful Mothers Day luncheon and fashion show. So much fun, good food and beautiful clothes from Chicko’s. Even Barbara participated, everyone loved that! We even got a 25% discount if we buy something before this weekend!

We have enjoyed our 4+ years of living at Dr. Phillips Overture. It is wonderful not having to worry about maintenance and security and all the other headaches that come with homeownership. The neighborhood is great with good doctors and shopping nearby. The staff at Overture is wonderful. The residents are nice and friendly. The grounds and building is very well maintained. The atmosphere is very quiet. A 55+ individual could not ask for more.

How can I choose less than five stars? I love living here. The staff is wonderful and so helpful. Maintenance is incredible. If I put in a request I’m taken care of immediately. Everyone was so nice. I was spoken to everywhere I went on the property. The property has its own theater, with the most comfortable seats ever. The pool is heated and had such a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast is made every morning for you. It is duch a wonderful place to call home.

I love living here. We have the best staff. Our maintenance team is fantastic. I just have to ask and they will take care of any problems. It’s like living in a resort. When I have visitors they are amazed at how beautiful the facility is. I will also let them know to look up Dr. Phillips overture and they are amazed by how beautiful it is. I kid that the only way I will leave here is by feet first.

Great neighbors, everyone is nice and gracious. Service is tremendous, as they are always prompt. Gas grills are amazing. Cant wait to try the pool. Love the continental breakfast but wish I could make Happy Hour, but It interferes with my work schedule. All good.

We wouldn't live any other place, and it's so refreshing not having the upkeep of property and all the other headaches of owning a house. Resident experience has been Great! Barbara who is the Office Manager is Superb. She is relatable and truly exemplifies care and concern for the residents. Only one recommendation.... The location, the building facility, and the staffs are very good. However, just recently, something broken and not being fixed for months, such as computers and printer in the business center, and the gate for parking lot. Hope that will be fixed soon.

Almost Very Good. Front of the building always looks inviting. Back parking area needs a good clean up. Around the dumpster there is always trash on the ground. Never see anyone sweeping and picking up. All that is done is with the blower which only spreads the dirt around. Landscaping, many dead plants need to be replaced.

Very nice Community...would love to see once a month live entertainment...Jazz Comedy, Story telling, Poetry, Dancing, Line Dancing, Community Flea Market, Walk A Thons, Game night such as Family Fued, Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy. Etc. Suggest organized Committees to be responsible for these type of activities.

My experience could be still better if there wasn’t so many limitations regarding the guests in recreation areas. We have a lot of beautiful spaces, as the Wine room, the Fire Pit and the Barbecue area, very well furnished to get together about 12 people but limited to two guests. As the result, those spaces are always empties needing to be used to commemorate the Life!

Please think to include activities later in the day/evenings. Not all residents can attend what is planned or are made to feel welcome. Take time to meet the new residents and explain how to sign up for texts, etc. be kind with positive regard to others. I’ve witnessed staff being using sharp words with residents. Quite unpleasant!

Not to Happy right now???There is COVID in the building and I don’t think anyone is taking it to seriously - residents or staff!!! In my opinion and some other residents- masks should be worn at breakfast and Happy Hour should be cancelled until this is over. I myself are not participating in anything that is going on downstairs!!!! This is my opinion!!!
