los amaneceres y atardeceres son increíbles y hermosos. Otra de las cosas que valoro mucho es la limpieza que tiene la comunidad, las alfombras los baños el lobby la piscina todo esta impecable, muchas gracias por mantenerlo así.

I have been living in Overture for the past three years. As far as the location and personal my experience has been great. The only problem that has occurred during the past three year is the the cable Whitesky company. It's constantly going of line whit solutions in sight.
I have file many complaints but to no avail. To be fair the office manager has tried to correct the problem, but theirs hand are tight due contractual obligation.
The same problem continue to occurred. The equipment is old , instead of replacing it they continue to try to repair it.
I understand about the contract issue.
But their no excuse for replacing the old equipment that's continue to malfunction.
The five stars is for the property and the staff.
But I give zero stars to whitesky cable company.
This is a peaceful and nice place to live. Great amenities and number one staff team. I love to live here. I feel secure and respected as a human being

This is an excellent place to live, I have been living here for 6 months now and I can say, they have been great.
Neighbors are very nice people, and the building crew is excellent! They always have a big smile in their face for us, and they are always ready to help us in whatever we need.

Very nice surroundings and safe. The staff amazing. Monica Oreana Mandy. A few suggestions. I have a lot of problems with delivery. A lot of times no one at the front desk. And the wall sign in by apartment number doesn’t work at times.
The coffee hours reduced. I work. Don’t participate in a lot of activities due to a lot of activities in the daytime. I don’t attend happy hour often but I’ve seen a decline in the appetizers. Now just potato chips. Yet the rentals keep going up.
I enjoyed the saxophone concert. More for bicultural residents. More live performances!!! All in all happy there.
This is a very peaceful and nice place to live. People here are very respectful and good neighbors. Staff is great and Rafael, our manager is excellent. I don’t change Overture, this is my home. ❤️?

I have less than four months living here but so far, it has been a very good experience, a GREAT crew, very professional, always with a big smile in their faces, and a very nice neighbors.

Overture has been the BEST place I have ever lived! The people here are soo nice and nobody bothers you! It’s definitely chill and everyone who works here helps you with pretty much anything you need help with from the manager, to the sales reps, to maintain, to even your own concierge! Everyone who works here is always in a great mood and not only is there a beautiful gym and pool here but there’s also a salon! I get my nails and hair done all the time at a discounted rate just for living here!

Just moved in 3 weeks ago, excellent service, everyone is very welcoming and friendly.
The facility is beautiful , well maintained , walking distance to Doral downtown, and by the lake!
Once I am settled I plan to use all the amenities.

The atmosphere is very warm and inviting, people are active and enjoy themselves, and the building is very clean and well-maintained. Bianca, Madeleine, Oreanna, and the gentleman at the front desk had a very big impact on my first impression (as well as the woman in housekeeping).
We had an amazing beginning with Oreanna from the moment we step foot in the apartment up to now. Will definitely recommend this place! We so happy to call our new apartment Home!

Overture Doral is a very nice and safe place to live. It's in the heart of everything I require to spend my time. Less than 2 miles from my job, and the abundance of shops, restaurants, markets, and entertainment make living here a no brainer.
Staff is very attentive to your needs and the building is kept in pristine condition. With resort type of amenities there's something here for everyone. We could have lived anywhere; however, we chose Overture Doral as our home.
The community at Overture Doral is very pleasant.
It is close to shopping and restaurants. Great for working, exercising.
Very quiet by the lake . Beautiful to watch the sun rise and sunsets.

I feel very happy, safe and secure. People are nice and friendly. Most of them. The staff is very helpfull and respectfull and they are always worried about people happiness and well been
My apartment is very nice and comfortable. The finishes are very nice in my apartment we have a great kitchen with granite countertops, nice appliances, beautiful and large bathrooms.
The location of this building is perfect for walking around the lake, walking to great restaurants, and a 5 minute drive to a beautiful Publix.
Staff go out of their way to make everyone welcome. We are part of the family.
Facility maintenance and cleanliness are top concerns and are consistently managed. Activities are thought out and appropriate for the residents in the building.
It is the employees who make the building a warm, welcoming beautiful community to live in. Our lifestyle director, Monica leads multiple fun activities for the residents to participate in and to form bonds with each other.
It is mostly a quite and clean place to live. The entire staff are very attentive to our needs, Highly recommend.

Oreanna was extremely helpful. She enthusiastically showed the amenities and the unit. Everyone we saw were friendly and looked like they genuinely enjoyed living there. The finishes in the apartment are incredible.
Everything I was looking for! Easy to move great people at the management I am really happy to move here! Highly recommend it! If you are looking for a nice place this is it.
Oreana is a plus!. Madeline very proactive. Lobby nice and comfortable. Sweater event was very funny. As new member, I was very welcome by the old residents. I am recommending Overture to my friends.

A big and awesome family.
Great common areas. Entertaining and activities at the tip of the fingers.
The transportation system for residents is a joy.
The pool and surrounding areas are amazing.
It’s a permanent happiness experience to live in this community.
We haven’t moved in yet but nothing we saw compares to the Overture property and the staff we’ve met. We can’t wait to complete our move and begin our adventure in Florida
People are nice and warm. Property is excellent. Activities are great.
In general Security is good although could be improved.

Everyone I have has been pleasant and willing to help. One woman even helped me with my garbage. Another was willing to show me how to enter after hours. Madeleine has been outstanding. We feel very welcome here. We believe tos was right choice and opportune time to move.

Although I think it is too early to comment on Overture Doral and Greystar as companies, I like the idea of sharing with you the fact that I feel very comfortable in this community and I firmly believe they have the best will to exceed my expectations. ... I hope to confirm it by posting here!

I checked other resident buildings and Overture offers the most social activities and other amenities. The building is modern and has ample parking facilities for its residents.
New staff are trying their best, and seem to be doing a good job. We have spoke with Kristina, who projects a very positive representation for OverTure. Kristina isalways avaliable to speak with, assist, and help with issues, this has been observed.
The lock on gym door needs to be repaired, this is a liabilty to all. Notice should be placed throughout gym advising persons to repace their weights, do not drop/"bang" weights/machines, and to police/clean their area/trash. The north doorway, on first floor, northwest corner should have a tension bar installed, for if people ext, or enter, door remains open, this is a safety/liabilty issue as well.
FREE trespass warning signs can be obtained from Doral Police by OverTure agens, and placed about exterior of building, make sure signs state violation of both FSS 810.08, and 810.09.
NICE job so far.
I love this building and the location, I love coming home everyday, my apartment is modern well kept and a lot of activities going on all the time. My neighbors are well educated, well behave and very respectful. I just wich that they do better controlling outsiders, non adult (55+) from coming into the building especially at night after 11pm.

It is a very nice apartment, clean and in excellent condition. comfortable with a very nice view, very spacious and very good lighting and with a modern concept.
I'm very happy that I choose to live here at Overture Doral, also I renewed my lease thank you to all the activities we got here and the the activities coordinator she is incredible active, friendly and always trying her best even that she has a small budget, hope that she gets a bigger one so that she could offer more amenities and make more residence happier. It's important to feel secured wher you live, and Overture Doral feels reasonably safe; also the management personnel is nice and helpful.
Pricing may be a little high, but you have to pay for what you get. Proximity to downtown Doral and restaurants is very convenient.

Lately, the front desk remains unoccupied for a long period of time. It does not feel secure since anyone can walk in with no problem, creating some insecurity.

Many activities but mostly geared for seniors who do not work. The cable service needs improvement. The fact that the front desk is manned limited hours is a problem especially safety since often a resident will open the door to an unknown. The device on the wall for entry did not work for me for months. Phone calls to the front desk many times go to a voice mail. The speed in the parking garage needs to be addressed.
Overall great location friendly environment. Residents are courteous. Staff professional and helpful especially Mandy Monica Lazara Rodolfo and Paola.

I enjoy living in overture. I feel safer than if I were someplace else. One of the minuses is the fact that few people speak English, even though most of them have been living in the US for over forty years.
I just applied and will be moving at the end of January 2024. I liked the apt I will be going into, very bright , clean and great view. The tour by Oriana was very interesting and all questions were answered.

This is an excellent condominium, very quiet and with several amenities that make it stand out as a good place to live.
I particularly consider being more rigorous in the selection of people who choose to rent.
I love my view and the tranquility of living. I dislike that many of activities have a little window of time to enjoy and something take a little more time to get fixed than normal.

I enjoy the various activities. The level of security is comforting. Being able to walk to downtown is a plus. I am glad to see that more of the current staff can communicate in English.
Living in Overture Doral is nice, it is a very kind community with very nice people and crew.
But there are a couple of aspects of the community that must be improved.
First, the security. After 10 PM there is not a person in the front desk. The main door is closed but some doors in the garage are not. Another thing is, since I’m living here I have never received a call from the front desk to let me know that somebody is coming to my apartment. Front desk should ask people to wait until I approve them to enter to the building.
Another little detail is the package room. I lost a couple of package because somebody just enter the room and took them by mistake. At this moment there is a package with my apartment number (marked here by hand) that is not for me, it is for a lady named Carolina… I already told that several times to the crew but the package still there.
Other than that I love to libe here, cool people and the crew is very kind to us.

Staff like Carlos, Mandy, Leduar, the lady that cleans , and the lady in the gym, are a credit to any organization. They're interested in the people, they are friendly, professional, and always say hello. No other "appears to work" nor extend any form of professionalism, self-respect, or interest We have been told by one female (witnessed) that "we don't care about any problems stop bothering us". A year to get our balcony fixed (we had to contact city) because it was rusting through, now again, ands the exterior now cracking too/ Issues seem to imply water damage, is mold forming,? .
Please note we are responding because you approached us, as we were told by your staff, and legal team to cease on our first amendment right, we have unless approached first which happens frequently by your staff and resident to ask our advise/opinion, which they later thank this writer for. Very nice area and complex.
Loyalty should be a two way street between paying residents especially the ones who have been loyal for years and staff.
Maintenance and cleaning crew keep the place working and clean.
Rules should be enforced at all times.
Nuestra experiencia de residente la catalogo como positiva y diferente a otros condominios. Hay una buena experiencia en el ambiente social y las inter relaciones con los residentes de los otros apartamentos. Tiene deficiencia operativas y de mantenimiento, que pueden ser corregidas.
Torn carpets, machines/equipment that does not function properly, dirty walls, security doors that do not close/lock, ongoing, reported repeatedly without any care by management. These issues have caused injury in pass, and loss of use of areas by loyal paying tenants without any reimbursement by those responsible. Next time someone is injured, they might not look the other way they might not turn the other cheek, they might seek other avenues.
These are all common area issues. Mandatory ten/10 percent increase in rent, that does not seem right/legal, one would expect safety, security, sanitation in common areas as a standard. The maintenance crew is very good at responding, and correcting problems in units.
Issues reported to other staff, numerous times, and documented, go unresolved, unanswered, it’s a shame as the area is nice, and the building use to be very nice as well. Lease states fifty-five/55 and up, hopefully the leases have not been violated by either side.

haven’t fully fully moved in yet. But so far I have 2 MAJOR criticisms:
Parking spots - each parking spot needs to be about a foot wider. My car is going to get so many dings and dents from neighboring car doors opening into the side of my car. Why were you so stingy with parking space?? I didn’t notice this when visiting overture thr first time, but had I known, this would’ve been an instant dealbreaker.
Kitchen / bathroom cabinet quality extremely poor. Thin, flimsy, cheap. I didn’t touch open/close any cabinets on my first visit. This alone might’ve been a dealbreaker.
Positives: I do like the generously sized elevators. It has made our pre-move so easy.
What made me sign the lease: generous square footage and closet space for the price. Full size kitchen sink, large tiles showers. Stovetop much nicer than most other apt bldgs.

Cuando ingrese hace varios años nos habían prometido un restaurante y un desayuno continental, del restaurante…. nada, del desayuno continental lo cambiaron por un pastelito, y con el tiempo lo suspendieron.
La energía y el agua venían incluidos en el arrendamiento, ahora corren por nuestra cuenta y es un aumento en el valor del arriendo.
Los parqueaderos son demasiado sucios y solo a principios de este año los lavaron solo con agua a presión, el polvo se sigue acumulando día a día, y ese polvo entra a los tapetes y apartamentos por nuestros zapatos, los tapetes solo los han lavado una vez.
Los jardines ya no existen, solo unas maticas que han resistido el clima
Threats to tow vehicle unless unsafely parked in pull in manner instead of safely backed in ..yet others allowed to park safely backed in because they say they know people...signs illegally posted as well...this is discrimination/ favortism illegal and wrong. ...plus
maintenance staff good/professional, other staff never response to questions/concerns. There are threats to residents that if they do not park improperly/dangerously, their vehicles will be towed.
Back in parking much more safe/secured/proper than head in, at least it should be a resident choice to either park safely/backed in, or improperly/head in, why the threats you much park incorrectly?
Why gym equipment broken over five months> Why NW exit/entry door always open?
Why is there never a rea;/valid response to questions?
Never even received copy of renewal as requested.
We have many issues related to maintenance and cleaning. The building access door on the second floor has never been cleaned and it's simply anti hygienic to touch it.
No vacuum on floor carpets and many other things!
3 years living here and no improvement on many issues.
