The building is conveniently located to public transport lines and in walking distance to a grocery store. Although located in a vibrant urban area, there are plenty of quiet streets and parks for walking outside. The activities organized by staff and residents is extensive and varied.

It’s always been a great place to live and staff is awesome. There have been several changes that makes this place better every year. For example a much more diverse and fun line up of activities, trips, special events. Happy hour food is now fun to explore. No more frozen pizza bagels. The building itself has gone through a recent makeover. I especially value Greystar’s partnership with CIRC. Only way I would be able to live independently. Can’t ask for more.

Great staff showed all units of interest. There are so many helpful activities, cheerful tenants and ambient surroundings with multiple activity/community rooms.

I like living here, it's quiet, everyone helps everyone out, if they need help. There are a lot of activities to choose to go to, or not. I've made friends with different people; everyone it seems, knows my name even if I can't remember their name.

Destinations Lynnwood is a wonderful place to live. The staff is very helpful. The maintenance team is great. There is an activity for most interests. There is a shuttle bus that goes to stores for needed shopping like grocery stores. Very convenient service.

Destinations has been my home for the past 8 years. I feel safe here..it is located close to Alderwood Mall...many different grocery & a variety of stores. Community Transit..regular bus and Zip shuttle, plus our in house bus are available to us. Management stays on top of things..always clean inside & out of building. Numerous activities available daily if you choose to participate. Maintenance requests addressed promptly by friendly knowledgeable staff.

This is a friendly community with a large number of activities each day. This year there has been a pickle ball demonstration, kayaking trip, outings to museums and casinos. Each week there are several exercise classes, a gaming afternoon, bingo and movies in the media room.

We’ve only been here a few days and the ppl we’ve met have been nice and helpful. The gardens are nice and the staff are terrific. We haven’t lived in an apartment for years and find Destinations comfortable and friendly.

Destinations Lynnwood is a great place to live. It's near transit and shopping. The library is within walking distance with a nice trail behind it. The staff are amazing. They always have some activity planned.

Our community is well run & maintained. Everything is kept so clean & updated. There is a wide variety of daily activities..something for everyone if you choose to participate or remain private & quiet. The location is oerfect..everything you need is local..nearby with great transportation..Alderwood zip shuttle..light rail etc including our in house bus. I feel safe here & plan to sta for the rest of my days!

My wife and moved here 1 year ago and really like it. The front Office and service teams are terrific, friendly and go out of their way to provide service. The facility is very clean and secure and close to a great variety of stores and restaurants and there is easy access to I-5 and mass transit. There is also a really nice variety of activities; exercise, , games, educational, social. The top floor is a great place to enjoy the nice weather and offers a spectacular view of the Olympic and Cascade mountains.

I've lived at Destinations going on 3 years. You always have many fun activities to choose from. Yoga exercise classes Bingo card games. You will never be bored here. It really is a great community!! I'm sure you'll love it as much as I do.

Destinations is located close to shopping, transportation and activities. From the rooftop on a clear day there are great views of the mountains to the east and west. Occasionally Mount Rainier makes an appearance. It' a friendly building with wonderful staff.

The Team of all above have been Professional, Personable, Patient and have striven to meet my individual needs living here. Best thing about this community is the community management team. They have created an environment where people who are able to live independently have all the amenities and programs needed to enjoy life. And for people like me who need a little more help to be able to live independently Destinations provides that help with a wide variety of planned activities, a community service coordinator to provide assistance with setting medical appointments, solving problems, bus service, bringing dental care and vaccinations on site to us, etc. I live in a regular apartment cook my own meals and live independently. I would be in an assisted living facility if I did not have a community or staff like the Lynnwood Destinations Community.

Great location walkable to everything. Despite being on a busy street it’s surprisingly quiet. Great onsite management and maintenance team that keeps us informed and updated on things happening. Majority of residents are decent and respectful people. But we have trouble with residents who (steal) paid subscribers’ newspapers. But overall a good community. And the lifestyle coordinator puts together a good variety of activities and exercise classes. Really a great place to be!

Always something to do at Destinations! Bingo, cards, dominos and much much more! Location is the best, being that anywhere you want to go is walkable. Even the light rail! Love my unit with the ability to decorate outside my door for every holiday.

Things are going great! We are so fortunate to have such a great staff here, and a very warm, welcoming, engaged community. Our Lifestyles Coordinator, Autumn, has added some wonderful new activities and experiences for us that appeal to a wide variety of interests and abilities. I appreciate that the residents are invited to lead activities as well, and enrich our lives with their own special talents and skills. And bonus perk, the majority of the activities offered here are free! Thank you Destinations!

Four years here and it’s been a wonderful place to live. The area feels safe and convenient, but the best part has been the people — I’ve made such wonderful friends in this community. I’ll always appreciate the memories and sense of connection I’ve found here.

I've attended events which were offered. I look at the calendars and hope to find more events to attend. Parking is a challenge for me but I will eventually get used to it. I am adjusting to my move here and look forward to summer coming to enjoy more of what is offered. The staff is wonderful and seems to care about residents.

Less stars as there have been a couple of problems, one was I was renting unknowingly just month to month rather than on a lease because a staff member neglected to have me sign the lease that we filled out. The other was telling me that an Xifinity customer service employee was going to call me. The call never came, so I went to find out, only to be told a staff member forgot to have me sign a sign up sheet to be called.

I'm disappointed about the bargain $60 Wi-Fi and Cable package is going away. This one of main selling points to moving into this complex. From what I see we will have to pay an extra $50 on top of the $60 we already paid. More details still need to come in to verify the estimates.

Enjoy many happy days with friends playing games. Have enjoyed the craft bazaar in November every year. Has encouraged me to get back into my routine of doing crafts again. My husband has enjoyed more of the games than I and he is getting to know a lot of the residents.

Destination's management has denied my handicap accomodations request for a public handicap spot in the front of the building and is not in ADA compliance. I would like better communication and information on how to contact Overture and how to file a complaint.
