Shan Farley
Community Manager
Sixteen years in property management and a Georgia State University graduate, Shan leads with a standard rather than a style: operational excellence, accountability, and teams built to deliver on both. Her conviction is that residents feel valued when a community is genuinely well run — that the two aren't separate achievements.
She's particularly invested in the lifestyle and wellness side of the program. The meditation, yoga, and Pilates classes led by the community's personal trainer are her favorites, less for the hour itself than for what surrounds it: residents in the same room, prioritizing something worth prioritizing.
Away from the office: reading, home décor, and DIY projects — an eye for design she brings to both halves of her life.
Nathaniel "Nate" Manuel
Assistant Community Manager
Born and raised in Atlanta, Nate came to this work through a straightforward conviction: helping people, and particularly helping seniors, is what he's meant to do. He calls it a calling rather than a job, and it shows in the way he approaches a problem — patiently, and with genuine interest in whoever brought it to him.
Away from the office: novels, films, and a long-standing interest in science and mathematics — subjects he values for the way they reward curiosity. He intends to travel widely, and to keep finding ways to be useful to seniors wherever he lands.
Chastidy Lee
Lifestyle Coordinator
Three years with Greystar, all of them here. Chastidy has built the Overture Barrett calendar from the ground up — the crafts, the parties, the happy hours, the Sip and Paint evenings that fill faster than the office expects. Ask her what she likes about the work and she answers with the residents first, and the relationships she's built with them.
She's the reason there's always something on, and the reason it's usually worth turning up for.
